The reason that the Lloyds TSB American Express credit card is not accepted widely is because they charge shops etc too much percentage to accept the card. So please make sure that this card is accepted before you spend any money with the outlet.
This extends to national chains also.

The points system is also not great, you gennerally get about 10 percent off on the amount of vouchers you buy, this aint bad as its somthing for nothing, but considering the amount you spend to get these rewards, i wouldnt class it as a reward, more a carot to hang in frount of your face

The Lloyds TSB American Express Credit Card is still a good card though.There are not many places now refuse to accept it. Most supermarkets accept. I've found only small traders refuse.
