The restaurant is one of the classiest places in London. They manage to offer the longest and most interesting menu above all the competition. I also like the polite attitude and strict etiquette towards the clients. (read more)

Stumbled on this place and not disappointed! Went for the buffet which they were doing for 13.95 order as much as you want and as the buffet menu was limited for veggie options they lme order anything i wanted from the main menu...had crispy tofu with salt and pepper, veg spring rolls, seaweed, fried veg lettuce wrap, tofu with hot bean sauce and aubergines in hot ginger sauce...all delicious, service perfectly timed, lovely house red served at perfect temp...couldnt fault it (read more)

I have been to Ozon Twickenham several times & always enjoy. The food is devine, the service fantastic.. nothing bad I can say. Would highly reccomend to anyone. I never know what appeizers to have, so the waiter/ waitress always makes up a selection. Top top place to eat. Try it for yourself, you will not be dissapointed. (read more)

can not fault the service or food,house wine is excellent....but I do advise checking the final bill carefully.Each time they had added bottles of wine on to the final bill,which we didn't have.This is the third time we have been in a row....and hey presto.... extra bottles of wine AGAIN.....12-14 people to a banquet,after lots of wine and beer is drunk anyway.....very naughty!!!! Ozon is a wonderful restaurant and lately we have started to use it much more than we used to. They have all sorts of good quality cheaply priced dishes on the menu and their Bento Box at lunch time is wonderful. If you haven't eaten there and you like Chinese food you are missing out (read more)

We've been there a couple of times now, and the food is excellent, as is the service. For a restaurant that does so many meal-deal type offers, it has a very high standard. We've taken our parents there, and have seen lots of families there too, they cater for all. No negative points I can think of. (read more)

I had a lovely evening out with my family at O'zon, my daughters are really fussy with food and I even managed to find dishes for them! I would definitely recommend this restaurant, the waiters are really friendly which contributes to making it a pleasant night out. 10/10 for me! (read more)

The menu at Ozon is well thought out having some of the old favourites you would expect at your local Chinese restaurant, but they also have many dishes that you would normally expect to only find in Chinatown. Add to that the seasonal one-off dishes created by their chef and you're unlikely to be disappointed.
The service is polite and discreet. Presentation of the food is good and the place is very clean.
They also have an unusually well stocked bar.
