    Good Points: Were very attentive while waiting for me to sign the contract and pay the money.


    Bad Points: From the day I moved in the service has been awful. Late to arrive for the move-in appointment, unable to manage the most essential and basic amenities in a flat which is 5 minutes away from their office. Slow to return phone calls.


    General comments: I've said it all above. There is no reason in the world why you should use this estate agent for anything other than an example of how not to run a business and how not to treat customers. And they show no signs of regret or any inkling of regret or commitment to change their ways.

    I was looking to purchase a property at Stratford recently. Our offer was accepted by the vendor. The agent Blue Dwellings and the vendor agreed that they will not market the property to other buyers. We were given extremely strict deadline i.e. getting the mortgage sorted in a week and asked for the survey to be done in 2 weeks. We have kept our promises by getting this done on time.
