For your own safety and well-being, please avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a time critical wreath for a funeral in Mombasa, Kenya and he emailed confirmation of payment ($97) and order number. Then e-mailed to say that it was scheduled for delivery. On the delivery itself, he e-mails back to say that delivery not possible 'owing to non-availability of fresh flowers'. REALLY? In Kenya? Then e-mails to apologise and schedule redelivery the same day. Finally a day after the funeral, he e-mails back with 'The order could not be delivered due to the recipient location being far off.' A complete failure. Absolute incompetence but more importantly, dishonesty and a total lack of respect and disregard for the customer, timing or sentiment. If you want to throw money into a black hole then your call but you have been warned. My advice is to stick to the professionals like Interflora - especially when it comes to those we love. They know that it is only decent, caring people that send flowers to loved ones abroad. They are milking and manipulating people and deserve every bit of pain for that which they cause by their failures and misleading dealings. What goes around comes around.

“Terrible service”

Very bad experience with Flora 2000. I ordered through them as they advertised a Christmas day delivery available. However, once I paid for my order, the unprofessionalism and terrible customer service became obvious. I was informed a day before the delivery that the shop was too busy and my order would not be delivered on the 25th but on the 27th. At this stage I had no other option anymore but wait. On the 27th, I was informed that the shop was closed and my order had to wait until the 28th. On the 28th, yes you have guessed, I was informed that the shop was still closed and that my order would be delivered on the 29th. I asked for a refund and miraculously the delivery finally materialised... Spoiled Christmas present for an elderly person on her own thanks to Flora 2000, definitely not trustworthy.

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

This is the first time I ever tried to order flowers online with any company. With this being Mother's Day weekend all the reputable florist have Jack their prices sky-high. I live on a limited income and I came across Flora2000 who had bouquets of flowers within my price range. Without reading any of these reviews I went ahead and ordered Flower Basket. After I gave my debit card number and it went through I received an email stating that my order was being processed and it would be delivered by tomorrow. The email didn't look right to me it looked like it was pasted over somebody else's floral website. So within 3 4 minutes I said let me read the reviews and out of all hundred and sixty-seven of them 93% are very negative. I went back online and Googled their 800 number okay. Anyway i immediately got a recording that stated due to the covid-19 outbreak no one will be answering the phones and that they will be back answering the phones when covid-19 has went away. my heart started beating real fast. $60 is a lot of money to me considering I live off of $800 per month SSDI. I immediately called my bank I had them cancel my card in order to get me a refund. My banking mediately put the 5995 back on my card. I would not recommend this company

“Appalling service”

Shocking experience and obviously shared by others. On 23rd December I ordered flowers to be sent to Canada. I received several emails from Flora2000 claiming that the order was confirmed/that the flowers were on the way, one email actually said they had been delivered. I tried to reply to the several email addresses. My emails were returned by Outlook as 'undeliverable'. I then looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot and Booking.com and saw reports of other people's appalling experience. I cancelled the order and booked through Interflora. Flora 2000 ignored this and continued to send a series of presumably automated emails for the next week, each claiming that a delivery had been attempted but that no one was in and the phone number provided was invalid. The family were at home throughout the period. The phone number was valid. Interflora delivered on the day Flora 2000 supposedly found no one in, and used the phone number Flora declared as 'invalid'. No flowers were ever delivered but my money has been taken. My bank is raising a dispute but all this has taken up quite some time. My advice is to save time and money by staying clear.

“DISRESPECTFUL - A COMPLETE JOKE!”

Flowers ordered 3-days prior to recipients birthday, Paid for and accepted 08/25/2017 An email confirms "your order will be on it's way shortly". Flowers do not arrive. I question the person i dealt with Their claims "NOTHING IS WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE". ... .and "AVOID DISSAPOINTMENT,TRUST FLORA2000 100% GUARANTEE ON TIME" . ...and ..."BECAUSE YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO BE LATE". No reply? I search my Email again and find two Emails in my JUNK mail requiring me "to call them as a security check" ???? They give a 1-800 number. No mention of this in their 'terms and conditions' I am in Europe and Email flora2000 back stating that I cannot call a 1-800 number in America from Europe....and would they please deliver the flowers...although they are now 4-days late. Flora2000 reply "We are sorry but Florida is OUT OF OUR DELIVERY AREA! ..in spite of their claims that, "WE DELIVER NATIONWIDE" ...and ..."WE DELIVER TO GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, UK, PHILIPINES, COLUMBIA ..ECT. ECT..." but apparently not FLORIDA?? (which, if true, they could have informed me of this when I made the order) The whole situation is A TOTAL FARCE. Even laughable if I was not so disappointed and frustrated. DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

“Flowers did not arrive on time”

Ordered flowers for my mom's 86th birthday. Flowers never arrived. I kept emailing and enquiring. Only to be told they were out of fresh flowers at the location. No one called me to inform me that the flowers would not be delivered. They decided to give me a box of chocolate and 20% refund for the inconvenience and deliver the flowers two days after. Just enquired by chat and still not word on when the flowers will arrive. Still waiting on the flowers. Website said full refund if not delivered on time. Well that is not true. Also my mom is diabetic so declined the chocolates. All I know is that the birthday was ruined.

“100% GUARANTEED ON TIME DELIVERY?- BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES”

I had ordered flower arrangements a few times from Flora2000. Never again after today! I ordered an arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday for a funeral. I checked my email Wednesday night to find that I had an email notifying me "delivery was not completed due to an unavailability of fresh flowers at our outlet’s end" and asking if I authorize delivery for the next day. This was particularly frustrating because ALL OVER their website, they have verbiage which states "BECAUSE YOU JUST CAN'T AFFORD TO BE LATE! 100 PERCENT GUARANTEE ON TIME" and "NOTHING WORSE THAN A GIFT ARRIVING LATE, ON-TIME ASSURED". This is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING. I logged into my account to find the same email along with a confusing message which read "Accepted for Delivery" when I knew for a fact the arrangement was not delivered to the recipient. I did not receive any phone calls about this order not being delivered. The message mentioned "we are available round the clock". This was DECEPTIVE terminology used yet again because I called the toll free number provided in the email and it went to voicemail, I tried to live chat and nobody was available. I emailed them about the discrepancy Wednesday night and nobody had responded to the email by Thursday morning. I had to livechat to request that they deliver the flowers today and for the delivery charge to be refunded in full. The representative's response was "We can have this order delivered today to the recipient and refund you $10 for the delay as well." I requested a full refund of $14.99 for the delivery charge as this was a time-sensitive delivery for a sympathy arrangement and a partial refund for the delivery was unacceptable to me for all the trouble. The rep said this was not possible and kept asking if I wanted to either cancel the order or go through with the order. I asked to escalate the matter further to her superiors, she said she contacted them and asked me to wait for a few minutes so she could resolve the matter. She let me know that the flowers could now not be delivered until 4 DAYS from the original date of promised delivery. So if I had not requested to escalate the matter, I would be disappointed yet again that the delivery would not be made 4 DAYS from original date. I asked why and she replied " It seems the arrangement you have chosen is not available in the entire chain of outlets we have with us, while we are on chat we tried to have other vendors pick the order and process the same for you but failed." I asked if there were any other arrangements that could be delivered today. She replied "We will understand completely if you choose this cancel as we completely understand your side. All deliveries for today are already processed and now the cut off time for deliveries for today are shut at our vendors end." I canceled my order and requested a refund in full. The representative kept asking me to cancel the order during our entire chat rather than attempting to fix the situation. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE.

“Happy May 12th, Mom! ”

They put my order on hold because there were non-English characters in the message. To their credit, they did make a few attempts to contact me. However, they make you log into Facebook to use the order process and automatically use your Facebook email as a means of contact. Meanwhile, they made no attempts whatsoever to call me on my phone. I would think that if you have a late delivery guarantee, every effort should be made to contact someone when they have an issue with their order...or at least the flowers should have been delivered on time without the message. When I figured out that my mother`s day flowers hadn`t arrived, I contacted them and had to fight with them about the non-English characters thing. This is a website that prides itself on being international and yet, they never bother to mention that they only accept English characters...which doesn`t work if you`re sending flowers to your Japanese boyfriend`s mother. Then they told me after all that, they not only won`t give me a refund but cannot guarantee the flowers will get there for two more days! Ridiculous. Don`t buy flowers from here unless you watch them like a hawk and have a loose deadline.

“My Grandmother 90th Birthday ruined!”

First time using Flora2000 and the last one! I live abroad and bought in advance Flowers, chocolates, wine and a lovely card. Spent a lot of money for a very important occasion that unfortunately I was not able to be present, my Grandmother 90th Birthday! She never got what I bought. She was disappointed thinking That I had forgotten her! Nothing can repair this.

“Unprofessional and pathetic service . No reliabiliy . ”

I would not recommend flora2000 to anyone . The service they provided me was pathetic . No genuine responses from flora2000 team , except the initial auto-generated one . I had ordered flowers for valentines day , however that never got delivered on 14h as committed . I had contacted the customer care multiple times and every time the told me hat the flowers will be delivered between 09:00 am to 7:00 pm . Since it was not delivered until 8:00 pm , I tried contacting them again however there was no feedback provided . I believe we pay such a high price not only for gifts but or timeliness and service as well . And that has been absolutely zero from flora2000 . Even after that , I requested their feedback and also submitted my feedback in their portal . The only reply I received from them so far is an auto generated mail thanking me for submitting feedback and they will get in touch with me . After two days of further waiting I decided not to expect any replies from them , instead make everyone aware o the experience I had , so people can have caution before doing any orders . I was totally disappointed with flora2000 . If we re sending gifts for an occasion we expect it to be delivered at least b the end of that day . Its not that the can choose to send the gift on any 365 days in the year . Very unprofessional people .

“promised delivery date not met”

I had placed an order on line for flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday and the selcted date was promised as being able to be met. There were no unusal conditions present on the day of delivery related to Flora 2000's terms and conditions of why a delivery may be missed, so there is no reason for the delievry not being met. I received no contact from Flora 2000 until 12:30 AM the nxt day advising there was a "technical" issue with the order and then they did not even get that part correct as they referred to the wrong order. I will likely go back to calling a local retailer and talking to a person to place my order in future as that at least ensures there is a level of customer service you can trust

I've initially chosen the order to be delivered on the 28th of October 2015. However, as the person that I was sending to would not be home at that time, I had to change it to another date. I contacted flora2000 to change the order to the day earlier 27th October, and also change the message on the card. The response from their customer service team was fantastic, they were able to change the message as well as delvier the flowers on the day that I stated which was 27th, which was a day earlier than their expected time. I was very impressed with the fast and responsive service that I recieved from them. Also, the flowers were exceptionally beautiful, very stunning arrangement, complemented by a good choice of teddy bear. My Girlfriend was very happy to recieve these on our anniversary, and I myself am quite satisfied. Very Good :) Will order from the site in the future.

“Poor service and product delivery”

I was left very unsatisfied after ordering flowers for my sister's birthday. Not only did the flowers not arrive on the date of the event (delivery date), but they also did not last for more than one day, despite being kept in a good room temperature and with plenty of light and water. This was the worst flower delivery experience that I have had so far! I am not intending on ordering floweres or any other products from them again, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone!

flowers arrived at 9 O'clock in the evening and what would anyone expect about the condition of the flowers ?... in garbage like condition of course. I'm rebuilding my relationship with my wife and it makes things worst.. so disappointed with Flora2000.

“canceled on day of delivery "address out of our network" ”

order accepted and charged several days before. on delivery date check website and see order is canceled on that day due to: "We regret to inform you that the recipient’s address is out of our delivery network; hence we will not be able to fulfill your request in delivering this order. Your order stands canceled and you will not be charged. We are extremely sorry as we could not help you with this order." There is no email to inform you that they will no longer send the flowers. You have to check the website yourself. I wouldnt have minded if the order was just late, that seems to be a common problem. But to cancel without telling you on the day of delivery? This service is an easy way to spoil a special occasion.

“They send...what THEY want...and NOT what was pictured !!”

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend in the Philippines. Now...I didn't buy the fanciest selection...BUT...in the end....she received about $3 worth of flowers. I know what things cost there. She sent me a few pictures of the flowers and I was really upset. I chatted with the company and they said they would "investigate". This morning I got a reply saying they were taking the full price out from my credit card and hoped I enjoyed doing business with them. ARE YOU SERIOUS ? Please....never use this place

Please understand that fresh flowers cannot be stocked and thus sometimes a particular flower ordered may be unavailable.

In case of non availability of the same our outlet exercises the option to substitute that element with the next best option; care is always taken not to alter the look and feel of the composition.

They go ahead with substitutions, so not to miss the all important delivery date.

I especialy am extremely happy with the "12 rich red roses". The quality and care is not only evident in the precise delivery but especially in the roses which are delivered in the very early stage of the bud opening and then continue evolve into the perfect rose with an absolutely luscious red color. Very beautiful and a daily visual reminder to my wife how much I love her. The bouquet lasts for a good two weeks and I am impressed by that since my flower purchases with other companies are good for only a few days. When giving flowers to someone I want to send a special message and I can trust Flora 2000 to put that special extra touch in service and quality which enhances my message and tells the recipient that I care enough to send the best I can. I can find cheaper flowers and companies of course but its that extra special touch that makes the difference and believe me it works!!!

I just want to ask if it is safe? I put my credit card online for this. I'm hoping that my order will be delivered on time. I read almost all the reviews and I read a good comment also the bad. If my order is delivered on time I will probably order again.
