Do not even think about using this company (Flora 2000)for any kind of delevery!!!!!!!!!!!!I placed the order for the beautiful flowers (Cloud Nine) to be delevered to my parents - in Warsaw, Poland - 50th wedding anniversary ! What they have received is unimaginable!!! Nobody would like to experience anything like that !!!!!! The flowers were not even 1/3 in size I was advised by one of the agents, they were old, looking just terrible.
The whole arrangement did not look at all as the one at the picture. I will report this company to BBB.....This is simply...FRAUD! So guys......your days are counted! enjoy the last minnutes......because I know that I will never be able to get my money back. You have much more to lose ...believe me. Shame on you! You have ruined such a great day for so many people!

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. On the day of delivery they sent me an email telling me that they couldn't deliver that day, next possible day offered was three days later!!!
VERY bad service. Would not recommend it and will not use it again.

I cancelled my order with Flora 2000 after they told me that "they tried to send them but no one at that address knew that my daughter lived there"! I ended up making a call to Italy and the 24 hour security told me that no one ever tried to deliver flowers & they know my daughter lives there. If it is too good to be true -it probably isn't--glad I cancelled them. They also tried to get me to re-submit my credit card thru flora2000.com -- they said it was spam but they know it exists. I was at first very skeptical of using this service. I had never heard of it and had always relied on major companies like 1-800-Flowers for such deliveries. However my boyfriend was in Greece and none of the mainstream companies seems to have an international option (or if they did, I couldn't find it on the website).

I would never under any circumstances use this Flora 2000 service. I ordered flowers and they never showed. If you try and use the "24/7" online chat to find out where your order is, you find out "24/7" chat is "unavailable due to peak season". It is also impossible to submit a query to track your order, the text box on the website is intentionally designed not to work.

I ordered flowers through Flora 2000 on August 26th and charged my credit card at the time of making the order. They confirmed my order once more on the phone the following day. The next day- on the 28th (the day when the flowers were supposed to be delivered) they sent a mail stating that my order was cancelled and they actually CANNOT deliver the flowers in the area I asked and was specified at the time of making the order!!!

If they only told me on time I would have been able ti find another ...

I have ordered Flora 2000 basket with chocolate to Russia. Have brought not the big basket with eight cheap chocolates which stand no more than 5 dollars, and I have paid 103 dollars!!!

Great New Look. Lovely Products. Must Recommend All to send flowers to your Valentine all over the world. The best service in the world is the Live Chat service.

After I placed my order I was notified that Flora 2000 did not have a distribution point near the intended recipient therefore they cancelled the order and said my credit card would not be charged. Well they did charge my credit card and after several follow up calls and promises to correct the situation the problem still exits. I have no alternative but to dispute the charge to the credit card company. I would not recommend this company.

I sent flowers to a friend in Al Ain, a relatively out-of-the-way city in UAE. There weren't many other options for flower delivery there - Flora 2000 has a very wide international network. As mentioned, the delivery was attempted on the first day of my requested delivery window. As I forgot about a local holiday, the first delivery didn't work, but they promptly sent me an email requesting recipient contact info. I sent it immediately and within 24 hours the delivery was made.

Thank you so much for the beautiful white orchid. While the plant is definitely very fresh (and the flowers themselves) - some of the petals have strange brown spots on it so I called the company in Holland who shipped it - and they were very sorry and said that is not normal so they are sending a second one tomorrow - on their expense) It is beautiful though - three sticks - about 12 flowers total.

Do not get lured by the Flora 2000 www.flora2000.com nice website; their service is TERRIBLE. They missed the date on my order (although I made it 5 days in advance) and charged the wrong amount (higher obviously). Save yourself some trouble, do not use Flora 2000 !!

I don't normally do these online reviews, but after noticing how detrimental all the negative ones were to a buyers confidence, I decided that Flora 2000 deserved a good review for their good services.

I logged onto the site, talked to their instant 24/7 chat, to alleviate any of my worries, ordered some flowers (12 roses, and free chocolates for 34.00 USD and 15 shipping) and got them delivered perfectly within 24 hours. They say that there delivery ranges from 9:00am - 5:00pm (somewhere in ...

I contacted them via their online chat service, which is very efficient and specifically asked them if I ordered the flowers, would they be delivered the same day? the guy told me yes if I placed the order before 12pm Riyadh time (which is where the flowers were being delivered). I did as they told me.... flowers never arrived for the birthday surprise but only 2 days later!!!!!Poor service I have to say for that amount of money you pay on flowers.

I would not recommend this online florist service to deliver to China. That's because they can't deliver the gifts in time. I think if you would like to send gifts to China. You may shop on a Chinese website.

I would not recommend this service to deliver in Athens, Greece.

I included all the recipients' information, including the business hours to deliver the flowers. However the local florist call the recipient to confirm the latest time she can receive the flowers at her office, ruined all the surprise, plus the flowers were almost dry by the time of the delivery.

I do not understand why this happened since they have all the information already (I placed the order more than a week before).

They totally missed the delivery day of the day before my friends Hawaii wedding, and it was very clear it was for a bride in my communication with Flora2000. When I checked up on her wedding day to see if they had been delivered, I got a message of "of course, they must have been delivered by now'. I would not recommend using them if you are looking to impress someone, I'm just lucky that my delivery was a gesture. I'm never using them again.
