Always good to speak to an England based call centre who are well versed in their knowledge. Wait is usually quick and it's good to be told how long the queue is. I've found most problems are solved quickly and if there is a problem they will seek more experienced help. I found out the easiest way to solve my problem (not the way given to me by UW) was to go to Junk Mail/Safety options/International. I ticked Russia.ru - Problem solved. You can of course tick any country to remove places who cause you problems. I am using Windows live mail and the above solution probably applies to live mail only… Read Full Review

I have used your broadband, in at least two different ways since I started with Utility Warehouse in about March or April 2005. The only time I could suggest any improvement is when I changed addresses, which meant a 14 day, minimum delay before I could get onto your broadband again. I have recommended several people, friends, or not friends, to your services. I have no idea as to whether or not they joined. When I first joined UWHC it seemed very helpful . Now I get the feeling somehow that it has got rather expanded and rather hard to communicate . Meter readings are a particular issue at moment .
