Good Points: Waiting for the good points
Bad Points: Sales rep for this company just disappeared, despite his promise he would return, he never showed and we have not heard from him since.
General comments: Thinking of using this company, off to a bad start though asked just for gas and electric, but they cancelled with out permission
our phone with AOL, and we spent hours in calls trying to reconnect with AOL. now we have to wait three weeks. as for all these reviews there either terrible or great, I find this suspicious, where's the middle ground.

Internet rarely works in my expereince. (i.e. approx 2 hours a month for me). Utility Warehouse IT customer services very unhelpful, saying it was our (new!) computer at fault. Had computer serviced and seen by a reputable retailer and on the three occasions they suggested to contact the supplier as it was obviously something wrong on their part. Utility Warehouse continued to suggest it was our computer and declined to help as far as I am concerned anyway... I have been charged £50 to ca ...

Because of the throttling of the download speed, I may as well have stayed with my previous ISP, but as we have all other utilities from Utility warehouse we thought it made sense to move to them. They are, of course, not even the real ISP, that is a company called Mistral Internet. So if like me you download a lot of off air programs, it's a complete waste of money unless you use it after midnight.

I have been with UW for a couple of months now for phone, broadband, gas & electric. Phone and net just £28 per month and as I also use them for gas and electric I get free phone calls 24/7.
My net speed is around the 7mb mark which is close enough to 8mb for me.
I was previously with Tesco for phone and net (another very good supplier) but I changed to UW as I pay about £15 per month less (you have to pay for phone calls with Tesco) for a faster service and free phone calls ...

56k dial up would be faster!!! The Broadcall From The Utility Warehouse broadband service is just too slow for anything. It is advertised as 8Mb, but it's not even 56k. I've had 2 months of this rubbish so far.

They have caused me endless aggravation, and cost me a fortune in calls to customer and technical support. However, this is a fraction of the true cost of all the wasted time and aggravation I have spent on The Utility Warehouse. I only joined up with this company as a 'friend' was a member of sales staff. I should have stuck to BT for piece of mind.

Just think, if I hadn't been introduced to Utility Warehouse by a friend, I would have been paying over the odds for my broadband, my line rental, my calls, my gas, my electricity AND my mobile phone.
The customer service is second-to-none, as it is from the person who introduced Broadcall to me! I can also call the company customer service, based in north London, and they are incredibly helpful too.
Really ... I can't say enough, as I am delighted with this company.

Broadcall has been a really cost-effective and efficient broadband service for me. It took minutes to set up, and it has given me quick internet access at speeds of up to 8Mb.
My exchange hasn't been converted to LLU yet, so I pay £27.99 a month, INCLUDING the line rental I used to pay BT. When we get LLU, my bills will automatically reduce by £8 a month. Lots of people can already get these reductions.
Oh, and since I'm already getting my gas and electricity from the same Util ...
