    Good Points: I have 2 small children that love hot chocolate and I am an avid tea drinker, we usually require a new kettle every year, we have had the illuma for almost 2 and its still going strong.


    Bad Points: None I can think of.


    General comments: The look of the Morphy Richards Illuma is stylish and the blue light when switched on is really hypnotic, especially at night time. One of the best things is that when the kettle has just boiled and gets refilled it starts to heat again straight away, rather than having to wait a few minutes like normal kettles.

    First one I bought and returned it due to continually boiling without cutting off. Second one with same fault, contacted Morphy Richards who sent a replacement very quickly and told me to dispose of the second one. Now been using third one for some time and have to twist it, to get it to heat up. Good customer relations but rubbish kettle
