    Good Points: none for us


    Bad Points: plenty for us


    General comments: Had new double glazed windows and doors fitted at a cost of over £3000 in 2007 by Rainhill Windows, it is now very draughty and cold, contacted them but they seemed not interested to me, tried several times to get them to acknowledge the complaint but to no avail. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. 2 years on and we are still having problems with our windows!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Price quoted for internal doors was £94.00 per door + £40.00 per each door fitted.
    I contacted to ask for more details of doors a few days before job was to begin.
    I was told doors were from B&Q.
    I expressed surprise that they were not from timber firm I was lead to believe.
    B&Q doors in the size needed cost £16.79.
    Not recommended!

    We have recently had a conservatory installed by Rainhill windows and would recommend the company to any of our friends. We chose them specifically because they were recommended to us and the service we received from start to finish was very attentive. The lads who worked on the job were very friendly and kept a clean and tidy site. One of the best companies we have had in our home.

    Although this company has been establish a number of years, I don't feel all staff were courteous at all times.
    The workmanship from the workforce is good and commendable, however some other staff were in my opinion not good enough in their customer service skills.

    Next time I would sooner pay more for less hassle and good customer service.
