  I'm really satisfied with the Dolce Gusto machine. It's a relief to no longer heat milk in the microwave. The milk-cups are so convenient! In the morning I'm always longing for a lovely cup of coffee, but I don't always have the time. With the Dolce Gusto I just have to press the button and it's ready. Making a cup of coffee takes only a few seconds now! And the quality is great! The coffee is nice and strong and milk is creamy.

  The coffee is brilliant easy to do even the wife can now make a decent coffee! If your thinking about buying a coffe machine get this its the dogs dangly bits.

  I like everything about the whole concept - except the very poor quality of the machine. The first Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 failed after a couple of weeks. Argos replaced it no problem. A year later it started to leak badly - the whole worktop would be covered in water. We scrapped it. Then Makro had a great offer and we bought our third machine for £64.99. It failed after about a month. Makro swapped it immediately. I wonder how long the fourth machine will last?! I've got the packing ...

  Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto is good value for money compared with other brands if bought when on offer. Easy to use, fill and clean. Quiet in use. Hot chocolate and Capuccino very nice drinks. 2 year warranty included. Quite expensive to purchase coffee pods. Limited number of range of drinks available. Accessories very expensive.

  The negative comment on this Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 is really quite positve as it take longer to boil a kettle. But once you have one of these babies you don't expect to have to wait. Perhaps more choice in coffees would be the only other wish I'd have. Overall, I love this machine!!

  i have to say i am a massive coffee fan, starbucks is my second home even the 40 minute there and back journey doesn't put me off

  Not going to give a long winded review. If anyone lives within travelling distance from Debenhams Oxford Street - then pop in their and sample the coffee for yourself.
  
  As a note though, makes great tasting coffees (and the range is growing) using very good quality beans. Looks great in the kitchen.

  What to replace machine. Would love to buy a Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto again but not if it lasts for less than two years. Makes it all very expensive. My daughter bought one and hers only lasted just over 12mths.

  Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 is very easy and quick to use with absolutely no mess at all! Just two capsules for most drinks once just rinse capsule holder. Superb in every way great taste from all drinks including the new hot chocolate drink.
  There is not a bad point but capsules are expensive.

  The Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 was a good buy. I paid about £90 from Argos was good can make myself a cappuccino in the morning without too much effort. Also it does not need to be cleaned after every use like other coffee machines.

  Love the Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto with it's retro styling and fast beverage delivery. Oh! drinks are nice too. Just as other reviewers say the cost of pods is the only downfall of this machine. However, it is so nice and easy to use that I will keep on drinking the beverages of my Dolce Gusto!

  Just had this Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto bought us for a anniversary present - absolutely love the ease of use and sturdy build quality and above all the coffee which actually tastes as good as costa and starbucks - top quality with decent drinks gets the thumbs up from me- plus if you register online when you buy it you get another 16 drinks free (just remember to ask for the voucher which you redeem at the local supermarket because you then don't have to pay P&P).

  Love my Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto, so easy to use and the coffee is delicous. Would definitely recommend it. The price of a cup is approx 39p " 16/7/08" has just gone up from 34p. But what has not gone up lately. It even looks good and is a talking point when people see it in the kitchen.

  This Krups Dolce Gusto KP200040 machine makes a great coffee, whatever your taste may be, however, £3.00 for 16 capsules kind of takes the enjoyment away slightly. I thought they would decrease in price but so far this has not happened.

  Like most people I've bought and confined to the bin (usually after using once) tea makers, inexpensive cappucino machines, filter machines (latter used once a year). Why? Because the time taken to make and clean a machine to get a cup of coffee was soo not worth it. Now, with the Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto its as quick as instant coffee but with a fantastic taste. I buy the latte, cappucino and chocolate. Yum! Only gave it a nine out of ten cos the pods aren't free!!

  This Krups Dolce Gusto is a wonderful little coffee machine, so easy & quick to use, heats up in seconds, makes delicious coffee (once you find your desired strength) & hot chocolate, good all round family machine, not at all hot to touch, We as a family love it.

  The Nescafe Gusto machine was brought for me as a present for my birthday. I'm a bit of a gadget freak so this was just a nice little extra - or so I thought.I have to tell you now, if you buy one of these, be prepared to confine your filter coffee or espresso machine to the bottom of a cupboard somewhere because you will never use it again.The machine came with some sample 'pods' and a couple of cups.
