I stayed in Lykia World Village with my mum and two teenage daughters and we all had a fabulous time. We had 2 adjoining family rooms, which were pretty standard, but it meant that we had two shower-rooms.
My daughters spent 90% of the time in the Teens Club where they met people of various nationalities and had a great time water skiing, fly-boating, para-sailing etc. (Kids pay a fraction of the cost if they participate as part of the club rather than doing it on their own). However be aware that sometimes the club organised for 2 or 3 activities a day so this can mount up quite quickly. Special mention must go to Alex and Anton who supervised the teens.
The whole resort is a true paradise - the grounds are beautiful and you are surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other (the tide doesn't even seem to ever go out).
Unfortunately, it was also my personal hell - the place was full of wasps - especially Children's Paradise where I couldn't even bring myself to sit down. But then I do have a phobia of wasps so if they don't mind wasps then you will love this place.
    TIPS:
It's not advised to drink the tap-water, but there are lots of drinking fountains around the resort that you can fill water-bottles up from free of charge (though there are signs saying not to but everyone was doing it!)
The resort charges any expenses to your room, and will accept Euros, Sterling or Turkish Lira. I would recommend you don't bother with Lira at all, because everywhere, including the markets, would rather have Sterling.
Take mosquito repellent and wasp repellent. There are lots of both!
The resort switches off the air-con in mid-September so if you have a portable fan, take it! The temperature when we were there was between 30-32 degrees during the day and it was very hot at night.
SUMMARY: This is a fab resort. I would highly recommend it.

This was our first visit to Lykia world in Olu Deniz. We have stayed in Turkey before so we know the area but previously we had stayed in self catering/small hotels. We were not disappointed at all.
We are a family of 4-adults and 2 children aged 3 and 9 and it suited us perfectly. We booked via Thomas Cook.

    Plus points.
Great accomodation-we got a seaview(which we didnt request but just got lucky)-clean, modern.
There are 2 sections to Lykia World-the Resdidence and the Village. We stayed in ...

I loved the water sports and all the pools. The Children's water park was great and the mini bus was handy. Entertainment was quite good and liked the weekly children's shows. The size of the place is massive, we stayed for 2 weeks and still didn't get around it!
Overall it was a enjoyable holiday but the only thing that let us down was some of the food. Very good children's facility's.

We arrived at Club Lykia on 6th October until 20th and really enjoyed our holiday. Its a great place for families with children or teenagers. The watersports and shows were great and I must say everyone we spoke to, all had a lovely time. Many people seemed to go year after year. I definitely would recommend this resort. The wonderful setting is so beautiful it almost takes ones breath away.

I would definitely recommend to anyone, whether for family holiday or singles, the best place to stay is the village rooms where there is so much tranquillity and the rooms are very nicely decorated. We stayed at suite K136 and was just GREAT. We had the best holiday ever, with good quality food and so much choice and excellent evening entertainment that will be unforgettable especially for my 6 year old son. Keep up the good job!

Glorified Butlins, Paradise for kids pretty good but overall to expensive for what you got and just pretty much being stuck there for 2 weeks. Doing same thing day in day out. Taxis on hand but more expense on what you have already forked out. I'll stick to my beloved Greece thank you or I will go to Butlins.

Spent a lot more than usual on this holiday as the brochure promised 17 pools and lots of entertainment and we were taking 4 young teenagers. The 17 pools promise isn't strictly true as 2 small pools were attached by a waterfall or paddle pool and classed as separate pools. There is a great pool area for kids with water-jets etc. but it is swarming with wasps, so was consequently normally pretty empty. There are 2 lovely adult only pools, which we frequented when the kids were busy elsewhere, ...
