I remember thinking this FAD sauce would die out a year after dragons den. But it didn't, so i decided i would give it a try, see what all the hype is about. Now I put the stuff on everything!! its replaced my ketchup!… Read Full Review

A good friend introduced our family to Reggae Reggae Sauce when they came over for a BBQ about a month ago (I didn't believe the original hype - and we don't have a Sainsburys nearby). Since then we have practically had it with every meal - OK, the kids find it too spicy, but us grown ups absolutely love it! It's basically the new ketchup in our house and I couldn't recommend it enough!… Read Full Review

When I nipped over to the supermarket at lunch the other day a girl in my office asked me to pick up a bottle of this, because her husband had ran out and he loves it. Now I know the history from Dragons den, but I thought it was all just hype. However, here I had a personal recommendation. Obviously I got 2 bottles (1 for her and 1 for me). WOW! It's amazing. Sweet & spicy and unlike anything else I'd ever had. Now I love spicy food, but getting the family to eat curry every night is not… Read Full Review

quality sauce, well worth the minimal cash it cost. Really can liven up a boring chicken sandwich. It does this with its own unique blend of spices which reflects its Caribbean influence. Most people think of Caribbean food and think of heat, this sauce is fine for everyone. It definitely has flavor but not that punch you would expect from a Caribbean sauce… Read Full Review

I used to use this sauce for burgers before dieting and this sauce made my burgers taste amazing. The sauce is expensive compared to other sauces on the supermarkeyt shelf but non have the same taste as this one which has a unique flavour. I alwys have used the Jerk sauce but I do not know what newer ones like tomato are like? This sauce is worth a try if you are willing to pay the premuium price… Read Full Review

I fried some chicken breast, added the sauce and simmered it for the recommended time. The aroma was lovely – just like many authentic jerk-style sauces I’ve tried (although this is the first and last time one comes out of a jar, or contained tomatoes). On initial impressions (colour aside) it seemed like a winner. Being absolutely starving, I got stuck right in once the rice was ready. However, the hunger rapidly subsided after only two small mouthfuls. The sauce had a great chilli kick… Read Full Review

A fantastic dipping sauce and marinade for meats and chicken, I also use it instead of lea and perrins in cooking to add a sweet and spicy kick. The scotch bonnet chilli Kick is addictive! Well done mr roots! Just a shame about his jealous former friends who claim it's their recipe… Read Full Review

Nice and spicy, yet also sweet (if you guys read the bottle it does inform you that its a bbq variety of jerk sauce, so it is not 'proper' jerk sauce) and works with almost any kind of meat or just to dip chips into.
To the last reviewer, you talk like Tesco is a premium food seller....while I do shop at Tesco I do realise its a very mid ranged supermarket.
Also, Tesco do sell Reggae reggae sauce (in various varieties)… Read Full Review

This was the most disgusting bottle of sauce I have ever tasted. Anyone who can cook would agree with me, even the smell and look is as bad, horrid waste of money. There was nothing to like, no wonder Tesco doesn't keep Reggae Reggae Sauce… Read Full Review

Quite late in the day, but eventually found some Reggie Reggie sauce for sale. The local Sainsburys had the Tomato ketchup in this brand but had been out osf stock for ages.
My! What a revelation. This sauce id definately very 'more-ish.'
It is the best tasting sauce I have ever eaten. Very sweet at the first taste, then a spicy hot flavour develops. Will certainly keep in stock from now as it just goes with everything, even on sandwiches… Read Full Review
