Good Points: Accurate reproduction, three rails, uses cheap and widely available AA batteries - much cheaper to use generic NiMH than a custom battery pack.

Bad Points: About a third of a second of motor windup before the shot is fired in AEG modeJams a bunchInaccurate

General comments: I really wanted to like this thing, but I ended up returning it because it was so unpleasant to fire in AEG mode. I could even have it set to semi, and a quick pull of the trigger would wind the motor for a moment - without firing the shot. This would be a great gun, but I'll wait for the second generation gun.

I would recomend this 2 a friend. The Umarex Walther G22 Special Ops gun is good both single fire and automatic and its very accurate. I did find that the clips were quite small though and they only hold 28 rounds.

The first time I tried to go full auto, I heard an electric noise but no bullet fired. I then hit reset and tried again. The same thing kept on happening! What's happened?

Now it only fires single shots. I'm actually going to spend some money on getting a REAL AEG next time. Also, the warranty sucks, so i couldn't get it replaced.

This is a 1:1 copy of the Walther G22 .22 caliber rifle. It is accurately marked and since the .22 rifle is made entirely of synthetic material, it looks very realistic.

The gun comes in a blister pack with two 28 round magazines a mock suppressor and a BB loader. The gun is 29 inches long without the suppressor, 35 inches with the suppressor and weighs 3.5 pounds. That is about 2.5 pounds less that the .22 rifle. As short as the gun is, it has a 20 inch barrel. It has three mounting rails f ...
