The website was easy to navigate despite some amateurish typographical errors which almost put me off from buying. Several pictures of each product were available which made it easier to choose. My mum was very happy with the flowers. They arrived on time and in great condition. They lasted for well over a week! Great value for money. I will be using Flower Angels again. Thank you!

Ordered bouquet of flowers for my niece who has just had a baby. She lives in a far flung area of Suffolk which is quite hard to find. Customer service at Flower Angels phoned me direct re the order a couple of times just to make sure the order and postcode were correct and also because there was a postal strike to apologise that there may be a small delay. My friend was delighted with the flowers that she received. She said the arrangement was beautiful and that the smell simply divine. Packaging and card also very impressive... will be using Flower Angels again.

Excellent service. I gave the wrong message for the card so I dropped them an email to correct it and I received a very prompt response and the correct message was included.
Website very easy to use. Good prices. And the recipient of the flowers was very pleased with them and said they smell gorgoues! Highly recommend Flower Angels.

Nice website, easy to use. I have looked at a few online florists and i particularly like the way flower angels have pictures of the flowers that they have made themselves as well as the standard looking pictures so you can see the actual work they do.

Have ordered a couple of times once for my boss and now for myself. I have to say the feedback from the recipients has been very good. My friend called me and said that the flowers were amazing and smelt "divine". I would highly recommend Flower Angels to any of you web skeptics out there, they answered my emails in a matter of minutes and the flowers they send are very high quality. Will use again.

Great website with very nice flower arrangements. Something a bit different to the usual online florists. Delivered on time in designer packaging and nice card (included in price). Don't often do online reviews, but a another review here prompted me to place an order with them.. Very nice site, flowers were very nice. Packaging excellent , gift card very nice (not cheap ones like all other florists I have tried)Highly recommended

Ordered from here following advice from a colleague...flowers delivered on time (before 9am delivery) and very stylish box and packaging. Wife loved them and in turn loved me.Flowers were very nice and looked so much better than the sorry looking bunches I saw at the supermarket on my lunch break..If you want something a bit more special then try the flowerangels you will be pleasantly surprised, I was.

Delivered excellent quality flowers on the exact specified delivery day. Carried out the entire order online and received emails to let me know that the order was on its way. Would definitely use them again.

ON ARRIVAL THEY LOOKED TO BE DAMAGED.A SECOND BUNCH ARRIVED BUT WERE VERY POOR QUALITY. THE WHITE ROSES WERE GOING BROWN AND THE FRESIAS PETALS WERE FALLING OFF. VERY FEW BLOOMS FOR ALOT OF MONEY.

Website was easy and quick. Attractive without being OTT. Loved the choice and range of prices. Appreciated the text to say they had been dispatched. An hour later my mum rang, absolutely entranced, saying these were the best flowers she'd received. She was tickled by the verse and the care taken in the whole presentation.Would definitely use flowerangels again.

I am very grateful to the previous reviewers for informing me in my choice. My mother's hospital stay was really brightened by the beautiful flowers; all the nurses admired them. And the accompanying giftcard was so aesthetically pleasing my mother was sure I'd requested it especially. I will certainly be using the services of the flowerangels again and recommending them to my friends.

FlowerAngels are a great company - I have tried all the big ones for Valentines etc but these offer something a bit more personal - you feel like a customer not just a transaction. Would highly recommend people give them a try.
