I purchased my X2 over two years ago....I wish I'd done it sooner. What a superb piece of kit. Accurate to 30 yrds - consistently. I purchased the regulated model with the 10 slug magazine. Absolutely brilliant!!!
Coupled with a decent Hawke tele sight this kit is un-beatable.
I've been on a number of "boys weekends" now target shooting in local woods and the rifle is always the centre of attention. I've become something of a legend - and it's all down to the X2!
The scope was set up by my dad (an ex RAF marksman - (an extra sixpence a week you know) and it's just superb, time after time after time.
You can't spend £700 in a better way.

My daystate x2sport is one of the best air rifles i have ever used. it is super accurate, with build quality second to none.for hunting and target shooting alike i find it superb. the trigger and your finger become as one because of the fine adjustment and trigger positioning. stock design and quality of wood that is used enhance the air rifles attraction.
when using the single shot facility though, i find it somtimes difficult
to locate the .177 pellet in the locating channel. the multi shot mag ...- Read Guest's review (126 words)

I had to ship my Daystate X2 sport to a machinist in Arizona for creation of a delrin insert that surrounds the barrel, thereby effectively centering the bore to the shroud. Until that point, pellets were clipping the inside of the end cap. And don't even try using a mod with it until you've resolved the out-of-center barrel, or you'll blow the insides apart! Daystate should be ashamed to put out products such as these, especially at the price they charge; brand new Air Rangers and Air Wolfs ...- Read Guest's review (143 words)

The Daystate X2 is beautifully made with very nice curves and you can see that daystate have tried hard to get the best looks on all their guns by looking at this gun. It is built very strong, I have tried climbing over a fence well not a fence its a kind of tiny ladder thing and the top piece of wood broke and I fell straight down whacking the end of the gun on the fence thing very very hard and I didn ' t even look at it for a minute thinking the worst and it was completely unharmed it was ama ...- Read star shooter's review (665 words)

I have wanted to own a Daystate for over twenty years and I must say that now I have one I am not disappionted.Everything about the rifle oozes quality and as far as accuracy and ease of handling are concerned I can recommend the X2.I have owned and used dozens of air weapons and few can match this Daystate.I know there are more sophisticated air rifles but I'm old fashioned,I like my guns mechanical!- Read vizman's review (330 words)

This is my second pcp and i am very impressed with it. its a good looking rifle, accuracy very good and very well made, the only bad points are the weight and the length. With a sound moderator fitted it is a very long rifle and in the summer months this can get you caught up in foliage. All in all its a very good rifle and would i buy this again? 100% yes. The rifle is now 2 years old and it has never missed a beat not 1 pellet jam no miss index and never failed to shoot i would strongly recomm ...- Read master65's review (110 words)

An awesome all round weapon for target or hunting Daystate have been producing P.C.P gun for a long while and i suppose at a price of £640.00 its a top end price but would like a basic BMW or a top of the range Austin Martin. Also you have the after sales service which is spot on.- Read funkyal's review (152 words)

I own many airguns and the dealer finally talked me into trying a Daystate. What a mistake! There is no way to justify lugging around an airgun that weighs this much. It weighs much more than a high end big game rifle. Many other owners have told me about a problem with a misalignment in the baffles in the shrouded barrel. My .22 cal Daystate rifle shoots with 40 ft. lbs of energy but shoots Kodiak pellets all over the neighborhood. It is a joke. It is slightly better with JBS 14.4 gr pellets. It's a great gun to shoot. I fitted mine with a Logun Silencer Hawke 3-9x40 night eye IR scope and a hawk mk3 lazer. Shot pigeons rabbits and other vermin out to 50 yards perfect for hunting and a comfortable gun to shoot.- Read stushooter1's review (76 words)

Can't rate Daystate the firm highly enough, they were so helpful in sorting me out a fully left handed gun very quickly even though there built to order, really nice people to deal with. The gun is superb to look at and to use, my first multi shot - pre charged, what took me so long! I can't believe how its improved my shooting, my group on targets has gone from covering the paper to a tight group around the bullseye even at 40yrds. And its got a 3yr warranty.- Read cletracboy's review (149 words)
