I had the worst experience at approved car finance in isleworth! sales man, no problem, however they tried to sell me a car that was 6 yrsold, for over £8000! I was told on the phone 350 cashback, 1000 part exchange. NO SUCH THING!!. The figures were thn calculated, and were WAY above my figures discussed. I said I would think about it, which meant IM OUT OF HERE! Then another salesman came down, tried again to reassure me. I said what I have been told today, I wasnt told on the phone. I left the building, another sales man followed out! By then I was REALLY fed up. then this dolly bird came down to advise me if I DIDNT TAKE FINANCE TODAY THAT WOULD BE IT! oh no im sooo scared! at that point I left the building, even though th 3rd salesman asked me to wait. I got in my car, and went staight home! NEVER AGAIN! pb

I needed a car to take my elderly mum out in, she was unable to get in and out of my L reg peugeot 106. I have got a really bad credit history, so i knew i would have problems with getting any type of credit. I firstly tried creditplus, however they couldn't help so they referred me to Approved Car Finance. The gentleman i spoke to was extremely helpful and after trying loads of finance companies managed to find me some finance through "cygnate finance". So i went down to showroom, thinking ...

Bad feeling when I walked in the showroom as only 3 cars on show then only another 10 on the forecourt. Sales woman didn ' t want to look at the other showrooms for me to see if they had a car I'd like, and when they realised I didn ' t like the ones shown to me sales woman walked off and sent the manager out to see me. He quickly said goodbye once realising the same. There surely must be better places for people with bad credit history to go. I ' m trying Welcome Finance via recommendation! Wou ...

I feel I read a lot of these comments with one thing in mind the only reason you go to these companies like ACF is because like me you € ve had problems some people go there cause even though they make enough money they refuse to pay for things and you have to go to this place because you have been refused everywhere else in some cases. like me I went through a messy divorce and ended up borderline bankrupt these people helped me repair my credit and get back on track, the I wanted a BMW and now ...

I was very pleased with the whole experience at Approved Car Finance as I was apprehensive of buying a car on finance due to the usual rip off and being forced into buying out of your budget just because you need a car. They made this easy for me as they explained everything to me and found me the perfect car within my budget I still have a big grin on my face which is priceless and I want to say thank you I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

What first disturbed me about the place is there were no prices on the cars. I was told on the phone that there were 20 automatics available. When I got to the showroom I was told about one, never got to see a car because I told her to forget it.

I didn't get as far as getting to a "showroom" to look at cars. I applied online, and a lady rang me up. By this point, I had read the reviews on here, and had decided that I didn't want to end up paying over the odds for a rust bucket. She told me where she was calling from, and I said that I was no longer looking, and she asked why, I said that I'd read the reviews about the company and they were less than pleasing, and she hung up the phone! I would never deal with, or think about dealing ...

Was happy to have a car to take kids to school and also go to work.Since my credit was bad thought would work hard pay off and live a normal life. But I didn't have a clue as I parted with lots of money after i got that car, couldn't take kids to school and couldn't go to work as I live in a village. I'm worse than I was before.

After being told we were accepted over the phone on arrival, we were given a choice of two 10 year old Astra's and had no choice to take the best of the 2 as the car we came with was unfit to drive the 100 miles we had traveled. Also with insurances and interest a car priced at £1500 will cost £4500 over 2 years, thankfully nearly paid off now but the last payment is £350! More than double the usual payment. Not only that there have been countless faults and the MOT cost me ove ...

We purchased a car from Approved Car Finance in Walsall 12 months ago, as we had a bad credit history we were given a car that we didn't really want, we were told to take out the finance and after 6 months we could return it for a better car and a better rate of finance. Well guess what 6 months passed and I was told we would have to wait a further 6 months, well guess what, 12 months have now passed and they are now saying another 6 months, so I have been paying exhaustion rates on a car that's ...

I applied online for finance and received a call saying I was approved. I took a 2 hour trip to find this place. When I got there I didn't wait too long to see someone but after filling out the forms I waited for ages. The young man who served me had to constantly go back upstairs to call other agencies regarding my application. I thought to myself: "why, if I was approved, would you have to call other agencies to try and see if I was applicable?".

After waiting the process went through and I ...

They phoned me all the time and made lots of promises: "you've been selected", "we can provide you with the best finance", "this helps to build credit history". I now know they are not true and believe they are just tactics they use. Don't get fooled! Read the contract properly as what it says on the internet is different. It worked out at 42% APR!

When we phoned Approved Car Finance, we were promised a car and cash back so we rode on trains and buses for nearly 45 miles to wait for 3 hours. We were then told our cash back paid half the deposit and we needed to pay a further £350 on top to get the car plus £99 deposit on car insurance before we drove it home. We were of course very excited as we had tried to get cars elsewhere. We paid out in good faith and were given one choice of car so we of course took it as we had no way o ...

Being an economic migrant, your first few years in the UK would be quite a struggle. You would definitely have problems getting loans or credit from any sensible firms or bank. Hence, the reason for one to be tempted to indulge with any of these "YOUR MONEY GRABBERS" flying around in the UK.
I walked into their branch in Luton, and I saw an array of dead plus fairly OK cars with ridiculous prices.
They sell all the good thing about their contract which they paid to do anyway but no one would ...

I bought a car from Approved Car Finance. It handled the road very badly. I phoned them up told them that I was not happy and that I wanted to end the finance contract that I had with them, took the car back to them now it has been left in their car park and they will not end the contract. I thought like any purchase we buy you have a seven day clause where you can hand back if not happy, so basically we're stuck with £11,000 that we do not want.

Approved Car Finance got me down there promising over the phone they had the car I wanted and when I got there, they showed me three cars at random and totally different classes. The person who was leaving as I arrived had become aggressive towards the team. Now I am not an aggressive person but if I were I can fully understand why you would be angry. This whole outfit is a trap and you can see it is a set up as soon as you walk in. Some of the cars on the lot even had flat tyres. There were cig ...

First of all, on the phone the person from Approved Car Finance who dealt with me was Fantastic. He was very understanding and explained everything I would need.
I needed a car for that day because I had had an accident in the banger I drove. Once he guaranteed me finance, he asked me to come to the premises in Kent so we could sort out how much I could get (money wise), and what sort of car I was interested in (They even offered to reimburse my train ticket).

Once there I met with the guy w ...
