The LG Shine has wicked stylin!!!!! The camera is excellent too. The only reason why I chose this phone is because it looks awesome. I also love the joystick. It's easy to play games with. When I went to bed it was full bars. When I woke up the next morning the battery died. Another time when it was full bars it turned off automatically. It took me about four times to turn it back on. The first time I got this phone it was hard for me to text on it. The keypad is so smashed together. When I pressed one button, I pressed another button. I still do that. But......I think I like it now. My old phone (sony ericsson W50i8) had so much more features!!! I'm starting to regret that i got the shine. Overall, it's an okay phone.

After reading many reviews, I was a little anxious to get the phone, as many said to be bad bad reviews, but having received the phone today, I have to say ignore all those, this phone is great. It's pink, sexy, stylish and scroller is great.
I would definately recommend the LG KE970 Shine if you are wanting something new, something exciting that will get everyone staring. Brilliant phone.

Easily broken. Not for normal every day use. I purchased this phone three weeks ago and the LCD Screen is now not functioning. I have been advised that this is my fault due to the phone been dropped or pressed hard. I purchased this phone at Tescos and they informed me that I would have to get it repaired at a cost of £50.
My daughter bought this phone out of her birthday money and cannot afford to have it repaired. So a brand new phone will be put away in its box.

I personal love my L.G shine its wicked never have problems had it for about 9 months now love this scroll wheel and find it very easy to use, this is one of the best looking phones out here and so good to use i would recommend it to all

I really hate this phone had it for 3 weeks and the screen has cracked and LG will not repair it. They are not worth the money at all. Also the buttons are stiff and when you select a menu or type of message it will disappear and go out of that menu area.

The whole phone is POOR! Nothing works.. battery lasts about 4 hours if I'm lucky, the charger doesn't stay in the phone, turns off and wont turn on again unless the battery sim is taken out first. Buttons change what function they are supposed to do which makes it impossible to actually do anything especially make a call or text!! Memory is very low! Gets very hot! Scratches too easily! I really HATE this phone and want to get it changed!!

Overall this is the best looking phone from LG company. there are some good features in this phone. the battery life is not as good as other Nokia and Motorola phones

I found out from the guy who sold me a new handset and this time I brought a Nokia 6300 that the LK Shine was withdrawn very quickly because there were so many problems
So ladies if you read this always listen to men because they know more about gadgets than women

Overall happy with the phone, annoyed that LG didn't upgrade the phone prior to it being sold currently been away a week hopefully when it comes back I will only have good point about this model.

Nice phone to look at and use, disappointed in SMS service, my friend has the same problem with this phone, messages are scattered and sometimes don't come through but I cant exchange the phone because I "can't prove it"

I got my LG Shine on upgrade when it 1st came out even though the O2 advisor seemed to be talking me out of it, so I insisted. It turns out he was trying to do me a favour: this phone was a complete waste of time. I never managed to answer one single call all week because the ringer is so none existent the texting format was just annoying due to the stupid scroll bar, after a week I put it on eBay and continued to use my old ugly Sony Ericsson. I would choose the beast over beauty every time.

Beautiful ornament. As a phone, what's the point if you can't hear anyone texting or ringing. Vibrate mode OK if you strap the phone to your bare skin, that's the only way you'll feel it!

I'm on my second LG Shine phone which I got today. The first one I only had 4 days and for the whole time I had it the phone was red hot. I thought maybe this is because of it's metal casing but it was actually quite hot and I didn't know how it would cope on a hot day. The battery on the phone would not stay charged for longer than an hour in the whole 4 days I had it, even though I charged it 2 nights in a row!
