Good Points: Overall friendly and well received at all airports very prompt. All bookings were confirmed as well as internal flights.
Bad Points: Very minor disorganisation in Delhi but after that we had a very good trip, good drivers and were well looked after.
General comments: You do need to impress on them when you get there that you want a very good service. It helps to tip the drivers well and they will usually take you to the good places.

We did a nine day tour of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur. The Delhi Hotel was not good in my opinion and our last night in Delhi was a just as bad as far as I am concerned. When contacted for help Rajeev was unhelpful and he made no effort to contact us the following day to get a feedback from us on the tour or even to say goodbye. We will not recommend Flexi Tours to any of our friends. Very disappointing backup service. Lots of promises on the website but did not deliver - for us.

We would like too thank Indian horizons for a wonderful stay in the beautiful country, it was a life time experience, it was a pleasure from the beginning until the end.
The hotels selected were great.
Though 2 hotels were changed, we later realized the changed hotels were actually better than the ones we actually selected! The help and advices we got from time to time were great! The patience shown by the staff in answering our innumerable questions was commendable. Thanks for making our tri ...

Following up our telephone conversation, I want to let you know again how
pleased we are with the manner in which our trip unfolded. In the
organization, planning and execution of this visit to India, your company
deserves 10 out of 10. My only wish is that future visits will turn out to
be as nice.
We were well received at airports and taken to comfortable hotels. The
guides were knowledgeable and the drivers were quite safe and prompt. We are

My wife and I went on a tour of Southern India, which was planned by you folks. We started the trip with 6 nights in Sri Lanka, which you also planned. Here are my comments on our experience.
Firstly, you did get the job done. We got to Sri Lanka and back to Chennai and then from Chennai over to Bangalore. 6 nights in Sri Lanka and 19 nights in Southern India but there were lots of problems that could easily have been avoided. Here's my list ...
