    Good Points: Just like normal computers.


    Bad Points: Irresponsible service


    General comments: Our company has changed all computers lately. I have realized that something is wrong with the Outlook Express. When create a new email the tool bar has disappeared (To change front and colour etc). After consult with our IT department, this is already the latest version (Sp2).

    Therefore, he has called the services hot line. They reply with some clash of software in the computer and send us the method to repair the fault in 10 minutes.

    I think the HP is being very irresponsible! If we don't know much about computers, we will work with the fault forever. They should have fix the error before selling to customers.
