X-treme - absolute worst company. product arrived broken. no one would call back to help service machine. after 2 1/2 weeks of trying to resolve the issue they made me pay to return the product and shorted my refund the original shipping costs. Summary i am out $30.00 $14.02 for me to ship it back and the $15.00 they shorted my refund for a product that never even turned on.

Purchased two of these scooters for my kids. One of the two was sent broken with their defect tags already on it, also had dead batteries. Since they do not have a return policy, I needed to fix the defect (good thing I'm an engineer). Waited 3 months for replacement batteries to arrive. Finally had both scooters operating 3 months later... 1 week later electronic control module on 1st scooter died, 2 weeks later same happened to 2cnd scooter.

I purchased the X-treme X250 scooter for my daughters birthday in August 2006. It did not work from the beginning. X-treme would not take it back. They expected me to change the back wheel and it still does not work. Do not buy!

The X-treme X250 electric scooter is disappointing - do not buy this product! Purchased the $179.00 Scooter in early December 2006 for a Christmas gift for my 8 year old daughter, she used it a handful of times in January up and down our very level driveway. The handle bar extension broke causing the handle bars to slide down constantly (even with tightening), then the on/off switch went bad and the scooter is completely out of service. This was her favorite gift from Santa and she was so disapp ...
