Good Points: If I use if after 1am, sometimes it works for 15 mins or so at over 56k

General comments: With a 5bar hspa receptions, disconnects up to 50 times a day, when I did a speedtest I got 7kbps (9 times slower than an old 56k modem). I've tried it with different modems, phones and pcs and it didn't work anywhere I've tried it in south Wales. It worked up till march but congestion has killed the network around here. I'm paying for this T-Mobile Web 'n' Walk for another year and had to pay BT to install a line for proper internet. Its over 1000 times slower than advertised in my experience!

Too many to mentiuon, screen freezes, connection times out all the time, too slow, not enough content, need to ring them to stop filtering. Basically the worst mobile provider i have ever used. t-mobile complete waste of time.

If you do a search for "t-mobile, web n walk, help, problems" on google, after the first few pages you'll see a lot of other people are having the same issue. Due to this, I can only stress again for people to please ignore my earlier review, as the product is now reasonably appalling.

I work from home and I was assured that this unit would be as fast as conventional broadband, but I beg to differ. I am experiencing unpredictability with connecting, sometimes I have to attempt connection several times, which is very frustrating, the speeds are slow so when reading pdf files it is very tedious and painful... I am trying to cancel my contract, not happy with it.. I was told by my provider that they hope to increase the speed from April, I have had my unit from October, no good ...

My experience of T-Mobile's web and walk has been very disappointing. I live on the south east edge of Oxford which is shown on T-Mobiles coverage map as good as it gets. My post code was cleared as having good reception giving over 3gig download but the reality is between 30kb and 100kb with periods of not being able to connect at all. I have constantly complained and have run through diagnostics with technical assistance and the last resort offered to me is to post in the USB modem for testing ...

I've got to say I'm really impressed with the T-Mobile Web 'n' Walk modem. I'd had problems getting cable broadband installed because I lived on the third floor of a building, and had no BT landline, so this was the perfect solution to me. It plugs straight in to your USB port, installs the software and devices instantly, and you're ready to go online straight away - I've never seen a simpler way of getting broadband. I've had absolutely no problems with it at all, and have to say I'm really ...
