Smith & Wesson has made dozens of .22 models since 1859. The J-frame Model 34 "kit gun" is one of the most popular. This six shot revolver comes with a 2" or 4" barrel.

The Model 34 is a very popular small-caliber revolver in North America. It is not uncommon for hikers and campers to bring this 20 oz. revolver with them on trips off the beaten path. The Mod. 34 has a steel frame and adjustable sights. With the 4" barrel the gun is quite capable of "minute of squirrel" accuracy.
