    Good Points: Great little B & B for the price & good position.

    Bad Points: There's only street parking, but it's free and seemed safe enough. No smoking throughout......I'm not fond of having to go outside for a cigarette, although even as a smoker, it is nice having a room that doesn't smell of stale smoke

    General comments: Very clean and well maintained, rooms are modern and have good decor. Nice little LCD TV, something you don't find in many B & B's. Great Breakfast & very hospitable owners.

    The Chedburgh in Whitley Bay, Nr. Newcastle in my opinion is a great place to stay if you are going to Whitley Bay for the weekend. Great accommodation, great facilities and great service! Visit their website www.chedburgh-hotel.co.uk to see what they are like.
