    The KEF Q5 gives excellent sound for the price. It's a great sound unless you want to pay a great deal more

    Bought the KEF Q5 as a cost effective (£219) upgrade to my old Q35 speakers. Vastly improved depth to sound stage and much better bass extension. Took some time tune the bass for my room by adjusting distance from back wall and using foam plugs supplied by KEF for the front and rear ports. Ended up using half a plug in each of the rear ports, otherwise the headroom is lost.
    Outstanding value!
