    Good Points: Great sound

    Bad Points: System fault, difficult to set up, DVD errors, need extra leads

    General comments: I bought a Bose 321 sound surround system, couldn ' t afford the next model up (Lifestyle). I found setting this system up was not an easy task. I also found that I needed some extra AV leads to take full advantage of the external Video/DVD function...Arghhh! The sound was markedly better (here is were Bose excel) although this system is not top of the Bose range it offers a very close second to Cinema sound and the sub woofer is scarily loud - Yes! Unfortunately my system started 'smoking 'after a few months and I mean actual fire-smoke. The DVD player went all funny showing a distorted image on the screen, Bose did collect it and fix the 'smoking-issue 'but the DVD player still does not work properly I rate this product for the sound quality but I have only experienced disappointment with the DVD player aspect of this system.
