  Bad Points: Sounds more controlled than what it should be , that controlled kind of thing makes it sound a tad lifeless , doesn't sound of great dynamic scale

  General comments: The Wharfedale Diamond 9 are very inexpensive , very fine build quality for the money , great looks , even tonality , refined mature character , sweet treble , clear and lucid mid , excellent grip in the low end , can play really loud ( party levels I mean! ) , can sit anywhere ( bookshelf , stands ) This is a paragon of small , very affordable loudspeakers ! Wharefedale seems to have maintained the tradition ! Listen to the pair on your own !!!
