You have to buy a cable to use the software they pretend to send you. They don't accept liability for damaging your phone beyond repair. There is no customer support when you discover their download doesn't work. How do we stop people like this? (read more)

This company has an identical web page as www.sagemobile.co.uk and would appear to be the same or at least share the same business ethic. You pay them for a service and get either nothing in return or something which is worthless. The PayPal logo is there to give you some confidence in the company, but there is no comeback. The PayPal scheme does not cover "electronic goods". Some unlock codes are easily obtained for free on the internet, others, must be obtained from the service provider. (read more)

Sage Mobile did not even pretend to send me anything. Sent a bulk mailing claiming to have refunded my money. Did not respond to requests for unlock code or request for refund. As Mobile Phone Unlocking Services Avoid. (read more)
