    Good Points: Protective flip


    Bad Points: I can't flip the phone easily
    Keypad hard to use for me
    Menu system hard to understand
    Memory card playback slow
    Can't set up slide show when using memory card
    No flash when using camera


    General comments: Samsung D830 looks good and is probably the slimmest flip phone on the market. But its hard to use and texting is also difficult due to the touch keypad for me.
    I have found it hard to use from day one but I gave it the benefit of the doubt, that was until I got my partner to use it and she agreed. Its awful in my opinion and I do not recommend the Samsung D830.

    This is a fantastic phone. It is easy to use I always get a great reception and the battery always lasts for days. I really like texting with it and the fact it is a flip phone as it keeps the screen and keys safe.
