    Good Points: On normal TV signal (480i) as with most LCD's is just okay, it does what it does, but running my HD dvd player through HDMI or my 360 through the vga is simply fantastic, I also have a 37inch Philips 37PF3321 and the image quality is on a par. Price is great and is the lightest TV I have ever seen!!!!!


    Bad Points: Menu not brillaintly conceived, a little slow. Also the sound is okay, but if you have a home cinema set up that really isn't an issue. Although I haven't had to deal with the warranty I haven't heard the best things, but if you know your law then you'll be okay.


    General comments: The Mirai DTL-532W100 TV is dirt cheap and unlike a lot of cheap LCD TV's you really are getting a bargin!!!! Mirai have a lot of experience making LCD panels and it show, you should disregard the previous review, if this TV died thats a shame but to say the display was poor is just a bitter remark.

    You get what you pay for! I though I was being clever when I broke the cardinal sin of spending under £500 for a 32" LCD TV. I have regretted the decision ever since! From the poor picture quality (my CRT is better) and the broken scart sockets, to the cheap unresponsive remote, it had been a complete catalogue of errors with the Mirai DTL-532W100.
