    Good Points: The good point is that the problem I experienced - a black bar across my screen - was only there intermittently. WhooHooo! A black bar on my TV screen is VERY irritating no matter how long it's there. It's not supposed to be there AT ALL.


    Bad Points: I purchased the extended warranty. Panasonic talks a good talk - they are telling me, after several attempts to repair the unit - including 2 panel replacements - that they will replace it. But they can't seem to tell me WHEN they will replace it. Their customer service reps show very LITTLE sense of urgency and don't seem to want to tell me "who" is the Field Rep. These people don't call when they say they will. The only time I get information indicating they still know I'm alive and that I care about the return of my expensive TV is when I CALL THEM.


    General comments: DON'T buy Panasonic. They don't care.

    After just 3 months it breaks. And then after waiting 1 & 1/2 months for Panasonic to fix it after just two hours after being fixed it breaks again. If you're going to buy a TV don't buy Panasonic.
