Good Points: Graphite shafts... well worth the extra money if you have trouble swinging the clubs fast. I was at the local pro shop and on average, i was hitting the Callaway CWS 6 Iron with the graphite shaft an average of 185 with one shot at 220 yards (I use to only hit the 6 iron 165-170 with my old Tour Collection set i bought from Sports Authority for $149). Now with the steel shaft irons they had for demo (R7 draw, Cobra, Ping G5, Titliest's new iron, and Nike CCI), i was averaging 165 yds and pulling and hooking many shots. I alternated back to the Callaway CWS 6 iron with a graphite shaft throughout my demo process just to make sure it wasn't luck. Everytime.... long and pretty darn straight. My swing speed with steel shafts was around 100mph and with the graphite shaft i was around 115-120 regularly with EASY swings. Heavy sole helps get the club right through the rough that a lot of high handicappers often have to deal with.

Bad Points: Price is steep and Callaway will not let dealers sell below their set prices. BUT you should try them out if you are looking for a set of irons. I am so glad I did. Other than the price, I just can't complain!

General comments: I was scared of the price initially. I was actually shopping for something in the $500 price range. I am 20 handicap golfer but the way these clubs hit the ball, i should be able to at least break the 90's now. I love the feel of the club as it hits the ball. Not much vibration back up the shaft on the low irons like many steel shafted low irons produce. These clubs seem to allow you to swing easier and produce the same results as steel shaft irons do. It is so nice!!!
