This was my first Mazuma experience and more than met my expectations. I was quickly quoted a price for my old phone which was I was more than happy with. I then requested the free post bag which I recieved the next day. Posted out the phone on the Monday and the phone was recieved, checked and processed on the Wednesday. we originally went to sell this to another company but when we sent it off they reduced the offer by 20% we refused and then had to pay £5.00 to have it returned. Mazuma sent out a deliver pack so I did not have to pay for delivery, then before we knew it the money was in the bank. No stupid phone call to say that you two year old mobile has wear and tear. Aftr using other sites successfully to recycle my old phones I decided to try Mazuma. What an expensive mistake! I have recently sent two Blackberry's to Mazuma and have now been told that both have damaged screens so the offer price has dropped by two thirds. Both phonea were in excellent working order without any damage to either screen and in use until the day they were sent. They were sent as per Mazumas instructions wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. A 'working' phone must have a fully working screen which has no damage such as cracks or pixel damage. This is explained on our website and is a common requirement with all recyclers. Without knowing your name or order number, we are unable to advise the exact reason your phone was classed as 'faulty.
