Sent 3 phones and Mazuma Mobiles claim they received none. My mistake sent all together as standard not signed for so will not recommend because I trust Royal Mail not Mazuma!!!

just sent a nokia 6500 slide to mazuma as i was told it was worth £50,i could have got more on ebay as the phone was almost as good as new but thought this would be easier.i wrapped the phone in plenty of bubble wrap as the freepost envelope they send is not padded and i have just recieved an e.mail saying that the phone is not in working order and that it has lines across the screen and they only want to give me £20 which i'm not accepting,so i've now got to wait and hope i get it s ...

Send back 3 phones late Tuesday afternoon. Received a cheque today (Thursday) for the full £86 quoted. Unbelievable speed of return. Will definately recommend to others. Recorded post not necessary, but would insist (as do Mazuma mobile) on at least proof of postage.

It seems someone is targetting phones sent to Mazuma Mobile. I know 3 people who've posted their phones, but the phones were never delivered to mazuma - allegedly. Please ensure you send your phone by special/ recorded delivery as there is a phone thief out there!!!!!

I sent my phone using the freepost bag on a Friday... it's been over a week & the phone has still not been received by mazuma mobile. According to the post offuce, an address is required in order to use the royal mail special delivery service. This address is not on the free post bag sent by mazuma. Unfortunately, the post office can only compensate to the value of £36 which does not cover the value of my nokia 8800. Mazuma need to make the post office aware that they can recieve special ...

I logged onto the Mazuma Mobile website, entered my mobile phone model numbers along with their imei numbers, Mazuma confirmed what payment I would receive.. 2 days later (probably due to the easter holidays) I received all the relevant details along with an envelope in which to post them. I posted them on the Thursday, by Friday morning I had received a confirmation e mail confirming they had received my package, the e mail stated they would e mail when the cheque had been sent. Sure enough by ...

Was really great and would seriously recommend Mazuma Mobile. Probably easier than ebay. I generally found that Mazuma gave better prices than competitors e.g envirophone

Mobile phone recycling websites are a good way to get some extra cash! Just be careful how you choose!
I sent 3 mobile phones in to Mazuma Mobile and they said that only 2 mobiles we're received! They were in the same parcel so I found all this very confusing. In the end they never paid me for the missing phone and gave me 50% of what they said they would give me for my Nokia 6230i. Annoying!

They were super speedy - I sent the phone on Monday, they sent me payment on Thursday!
No fuss involved at all, they paid the full amount for a working phone. Would strongly recommend people to use them!. I got £105 for my Nokia N95 which was just sitting in a drawer doing nothing. It had some general wear and tear and the camera was a bit dodgy. They still gave me the full amount! Really great service.

I have been doing some fund raising for my daughter and have sold 30 mobiles to Mazuma in 3 orders of 10.
Pick up was by courier and arrived next day.
Payment was very fast, start to finish only taking a week.
I will be doing business with Mazuma again this week and would recommend them to anybody.
To date I have raised over £160 pounds.

I sent in an old Nokia 6230 and received a cheque for £19 as promised.
It was over the Christmas period so may have taken longer than usual but whole process took only 2 weeks. I would certainly reccomend Mazumamobile.

I first came across the Mazuma Mobile website in my local paper. It was an advert titled 'Turn your old mobile into cash'. The idea interested me, as I had two phones sitting in a drawer and I wasn't keen on selling them on eBay.

I visited their website. They were offering £44 for my old Nokia 6230i and £45 for my Motorola V3i.

I did a search on Google for other companies like Mazuma, and I came up with two equally professional looking ones; Envirofone and Mopay.

    Envirofone ...
