    Amazing....Sent a N95 8GB on the Monday (Special Delivery For £4 At Post Office) And got the cheque for £114 on the Thursday :D:D very happy :D:D

    Would defiantly recommend.

    Booooo!!

    Don't bother with Mazuma Mobile.

    I don't know if it is Mazuma or the Post Office that you cant trust but its not worth the hassle.

    I sent a Nokia N95 nearly 2 months ago and Mazuma are saying that they have never received it.

    I got a good rate for a N95 - certainly on par with eBay without the charges. I posted my phone off on the Thursday & received a voucher back in the post on Saturday. What was more impressive was that the post office were on strike Thu/Fri!!!!!!!! Totally recommended...

    I made nearly £100 from 3 old mobile phones kicking around forgotten in my spare bedroom. Quick payment of values given up-front on their web site. Frequent e-mails telling me the stage of the process. More than happy to deal with a Company that gives me £30 for a phone Vodafone have given me for free !!! Advice, though...send Recorded Delivery at least....postal workers are thieves (having worked there once, I speak from experience).

    The transaction process took about 10 days, a bit longer than the advertising blurb, but overall I am very satisfied with their service. I got £49 for my old Nokia 6500. I will be recommending Mazuma to others.

    There must be plenty of people out there that despite getting the proof of posting from the postoffice Mazumba "didn't receive the product"
    Would have been better off putting them on ebay or in the bin

    I arranged the sale of my phone to Mazuma Mobile. All seemed fairly efficient. I posted the phone in their pre-paid envelope and got proof of postage from the post office.

    Four days later (on a Friday at 5.15pm) I receive a confusing email from Mazuma reporting a problem: 5300 not received missing. When I try to ring customer services for clarity, I get a message saying the offices are closed until Monday.

    When I do get to speak to customer services, it turns out the envelope has arrived ...

    dont trust Mazuma Mobile
    i sent in 2 moblie phones.been 2 weeks now and still recived no cheque.no one is replying to my emails and to be honest im getting quite annoyd.

    I sent 3 phones to mazuma mobile, i had an email back saying that only 1 phone had been received. What a joke how can two phones go missing when they were in the same envelope. I got £17 for my phones instead of £125. And now i have to waste my time writing to royal mail etc. etc. etc. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

    I have sold 8 phones in total through Mazuma Mobile, and they are true to there word. (Two separate transactions) They pay what they say on screen and it has been hassle free.

    I will use again and would recommend.

    This a frst class service the communication of the process is 5***** i would highly recommend Mazuma Mobile to anyone.
    upto date i have sold 5 phones using this service and each time i have been pleased with the service

    i sold through mazuma mobile website and found the whole process so easy! from me putting the details into their website to getting the cheque in my hand took about 5 or so days it was fab and they gave me a very resonable amount £100 for a broken phone fantastic would recommend to anyone.

    I registered and sent off three phones - not worth that much - but Mazuma claimed they never received them. They advised me just to claim from the Royal Mail. I have proof of postage. I find it difficult to believe that something as distinctive as a Mazuma bag could just disappear

    I managed to collect 10 handsets from friends and work colleagues once I had registered details of the handsets the next day a courier bag was sent to me and the following day a courier collected the handsets from my workplace. Following day told cheque in the post which was received 2 days later! Extremely impressed with the Mazuma Mobile smooth service.
