    Just want to warn people off of using Beautyparlor.co.uk. This website is a total scam. The phone no they quote is out of service. They never answer emails and the goods just don't get delivered. It seems like I won't even be successful with a disputed transaction claim through my credit card provider because Paypal is mentioned in the transaction details even though I did not actually log onto my Paypal account to pay. I am so angry that this website is allowed to get away with conning so many people

    I ordered and paid for goods which have never arrived from this seemingly SCAM site. The contact number is never answered and there is no answerphone. Emails are always ignored. I contacted Paypal who can't seem to help and suggested I contact the seller!!! The tracking code for Royal Mail does not exist. I have reported the site to Trading Standards who can't help.     PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I have never in my life felt the urge to write a bad review but I can honestly say that my experience with this company was he worst I have experienced.     This company should be avoided at all costs. They take your payment and the goods never arrive. They do not reply to emails and there is no contact telephone number. If you have paid by credit card check with your issuer that no additional amounts have been debited to your account. All in all an awful and very disappointing experience. I could not recommend to anyone.

    Used this makeup website to buy my usual Clinique creams. Usually I just go to Boots to buy but as money is tight thought I should try to buy at a cheaper price. Hence I found this website. My usual Clinique cream which costs over £30 I brought for £16 and I also was tempted by a mini Clinique eye cream.     Awful company. Paid for goods that never arrived. I could only communicate by email, and they kept fobbing me off saying my goods had been sent etc. I asked for a refund and they kept telling me they had refunded my credit card which they had not. In the end I contacted trading standards and also got help from my credit card provider who eventually recovered my money. Reading the reviews it seems I am not the only one to be ripped off.     Very good website with excellent prices. Order was delivered the day after being placed and an email I sent received an immediate reply. Very happy with my purchase and happy to use again and recommend to family and friends.

    Please don't buy from this company...they are a scam. I got a letter sent by recorded delivery saying my odrder would be a few days late. They are now claiming that this is their proof of recorded delivery for my order!
    They won't respond to any emails , but that's no great surprise.
    I'm trying to get my money back via Paypal, and will contact Trading Standards & Watchdog too.
    DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
    Just a shame I can't give 0 stars.

    Awful company, ordered goods and never received them from beauty parlor, after reading other reviews it seems they are obviously repeating this practice with numerous customers, after many e-mails I eventually got a response saying that the company who secured the payment Moneybookers, had not paid them the money they took from my card...this I find hard to beleive.

    I ordered goods over a month ago from Beauty Parlor UK, payment was taken but im still waiting for my order to arrive. I have send endless emails and have had NO response. I have now threatened to go to Trading Standards and Watchdog. They have basically stolen my money.

    I would have given the rating as O but it woudnlt allow me.

    I placed an order on the 20th August with Beauty Parlor UK and I am still waiting. I have emailed on numerous occasions and was told not to panic the goods would be sent again if there was a problem!     I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order!
    I emailed Beauty Parlour with a query, no reply. Tried to ring them during 'office hours' message was 'ring back during normal business hours'! Which lead me to search for reviews on them.
    My concern was the various reviews where additional amounts have been taken from customers accounts.
    I have had to visit my bank and warn them. They have now placed an alert on my account. I just hope I have caught this in time!

    I placed an order on 19/8 which still has not arrived. I've emailed them several times but did not receive any reply until I threaten to post a negative review and involved Trading Standards. the site emailed to say that item was sent on 21/8 and she has proof of postage. Starangely, she failed to say that when I emailed all those times before. She also threatened to take legal action if I left a negative review.

    the day after buying and paying for goods from Beauty Parlor UK they helped themselves to an extra £58.00. that was in march. they said it was a mistake and said they would action a refund. they have not replied to any of my e-mails since april.I certainly have not had a refund back into my account. reading through the reviews on this site it seems that the same thing has happened to others.     I purchased 3 Clinique lipsticks from the Beauty Parlour UK website last month after being told about it from a friend. The lipsticks were only £3.99 each is a bargain for Clinique! The lipsticks arrived 3 days after I made the order and they were as described on the website. I have not had to email or telephone so cannot comment on that service but I can recommend the makeup and the efficiency of this website.

    Very. very disappointed. Goods never arrived, replacement never arrived. Phone number didn't work and they only responded to my emails after persistent nagging. Certainly would never recommend Beauty Parlor UK.
