  Good Points: Bright BS standard light Long battery life Takes AA batteries Compact

  Bad Points: Opening/closing case is difficult

  General comments: This Cateye rear light has been on sale for a few years now. It is a well-made, reliable basic rear led light which takes standard AA batteries and has a long battery life. It has two modes, flashing and constant, selected from a single pushbutton. My only gripe is that the case is fiddly to open when replacing the batteries. Bottom line: I have been using this for three years and it has not let me down yet - would buy again.
