    Good Points: This is a good functional rear light


    Bad Points: Although this light is supplied with the endless clamp only, the reflector on this light only complies with BS6102/2 when used with the fitting clamps SP-5, SP-6 or SP-7 available separately.


    General comments: I think the manufacturer, Cat Eye, should supply the fitting clamp that ensures the the built in reflector complies with BS6102/2 with the light rather that make buyers but the fitting clamp separately to make sure the light is totally legal

    Used this Cateye TL-AU100 BS Rear Light for a couple of years with no problems. A very good, bright light which is well visible from the side also. As it uses led's, the batteries last forever. It has a built in reflector and complies with British law. Another fantastic product from Cateye.

    This Cateye rear light has been on sale for a few years now. It is a well-made, reliable basic rear led light which takes standard AA batteries and has a long battery life. It has two modes, flashing and constant, selected from a single pushbutton. My only gripe is that the case is fiddly to open when replacing the batteries. Bottom line: I have been using this for three years and it has not let me down yet - would buy again.
