Ortlieb Rear Roller Classic Pannier are excellent quality panniers, superb design. The thought that went into every aspect of these bags (I have the Ortlieb Backroller - the smallest of the rear ones) is absolutely top notch. I would not change anything about them. 12 years old, used for commuting most days and only just starting to get worn so that they might need replacing - still not leaking but after years of chucking them off the bike but the base has now just got worn enought to develop pinprick holes. (read more)

The best panniers you can buy for your bicycle in my opinion. I have owned several other brands over the years, and wish I had bought these to begin with. I cannot fault any aspect of their design and construction apart from the fact that I managed to hole one of the panniers by carrying a very heavy and pointed item in it (my fault entirely). They don't let in water, fix to the rack easily and securely, are very strong, and look good to boot. If you need panniers for you bicycle then just... (read more)
