Good Points: - I was told I could have one beach towel (to share among five people mind you) if I deposited $100 TT ($16 USD). When I came back with the cash they let me have it for the duration of the vacation without paying the deposit. I guess that counts for something.

Bad Points: - Completely run down and old.
    - Cheap furniture and ill maintained.
    - Low interest in customer care. Staff make do with what they have.
    - Horrible attitude by management with the signs for everything.
    - No longer gives beach towels to guests despite stating otherwise in the room folder.
    - Not allowed to take room towels down to the pool.
    - Motel sized room with a crammed kitchenette.
    - Old pots & pans need replacing.
    - Poolside concrete benches fell once and was shaky. Could easily break bones.

General comments: Don't stay here at Ocean Point Hotel. The five person room cost $100 TT ($16 USD) less than an entire villa we rented a year before. We were shocked at the state of the accommodations. I live in Trinidad and have been vacationing in Tobago for years. Worst ever hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by rudeness and a common lack o ...
