Excellent price - far cheaper than anywhere else. Queried availability by email - prompt reply. Wanted to change the delivery date - this was done - Strat arrived when promised. Excellent service - would recommend it without reservation.

I am a dad who knows little about the tools of music. But I can state 100% that you will not go wrong with these guys. The website gives top class information with prices to match and the speed of service was first class. We purchased a Marshall MG 10kk Kerry King Combo Amp the sound from something so small is top notch. Can't find any bad points, except my daughter can now play very loud music. Many thanks guys.

I ordered the mixer on Wednesday evening, received a phone call from a member of staff on Thursday at work to confirm my address and received my mixer Friday morning, couldn't ask for more.

I placed an order which was in stock, but will now take 7-10 days to deliver. Today is day 10 and no sign of my guitar, also no email or phone call.
Very bad, If & when I do get my guitar I will change my report if everything is up to scratch, but with this service if any problems happen when I get my guitar this shop will never get another purchase from me.

Excellent doing business with. Would recommend to all others. Good communication all the way through the order. When I wasn't sure about which microphone to choose for recording the concert they took the time to explain all the different options and prices to make sure I got the right one. Thank you, the concert recording went brilliantly.

Fantastic Prices - Knowledgeable Staff. Run by real musicians not sales people. I ordered my guitar amp on Saturday and it was here by Tuesday. Great service.

Prompt and excellent service. I needed to ask some questions about the keyboard I was buying for my daughter and the guys at iMusician answered them accurately and patiently - despite my lack of knowledge!

Ordered an amplifier that was described as "In Stock" and should have been delivered (according to their site) within 3-4 days. 3 days later, last thing in the afternoon, they sent an email saying that the amp was due at the store in 7 days. This was required for the weekend and I'm now going to have to pay over the odds at a local music shop or fork out for a saturday delivery.

I will not be ordering from imusician.co.uk ever again because when I placed an order I expected to receive it and when I contacted them I expected at least some form of response... I haven't even received an automated email to say it's being dealt with. SHOCKING!!!!

The site looks nice, and is generally easy to navigate. For my item, it was one of the cheapest places. My only gripe was that the packaging had clearly been opened before and the manual was slightly dog-earred, which made me suspicious. However, a very prompt customer service reply assured me that it was indeed new, and ad hoc checks might have meant that they may have opened it themselves to check it. Otherwise, the mic is in good working order. An order tracking page would be nice but, if all ...
