When I try to print out the details of my investments by clicking on the PRINT symbol nothing happens. I have tried to resolve this over the telephone, and spent half an hour with one of your advisors, but in the end, after trying various complex manoeuvres, she could not do so. All we copuld achieve was a miniature image, scarcely legible, of the top half of the relevant page. She promised to refer the problem to another dept., but I have heard nothing since.
