Good Points: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good, we had full use of the Spa facilities that you connect to via an underground tunnel, great for both kids and adults. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the skiing and 30 minutes drive from Salzburg.
Bad Points: Not much happening in the evenings if you like your Apres Ski. Local area has a few bars and the club below the Hotel is only advised if you are seriously drunk.
General comments: I will be going again next year to this Hotel.

The Hotel Norica is also connected to the Alpen therme via an underground passageway that you can get to directly from your room in a bathrobe. The Alpen therme is a huge swimming area, it has both heated outdoor and indoor pools. Other facilities are named Relax World, Ladies World, Sauna World, Sports World and Family World that also has water slides, all which you get to use free if you stay in the Hotel Norica.
