    Good Points: Small, good range of connectors, inexpensive.


    Bad Points: No RGB input; only offers RGB passthrough when in standby; no LCD.


    General comments: I bought this as just a cheap and cheerful machine to backup recordings from Sky+ and it does that job very well. But if you want this as your primary recording device, I'd recommend going for one slightly dearer to take advantage of RGB input.
