    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Rubbish after sales,


    General comments: Everything thing went well for 13 months then suddenly the screens picture went darkish, I played with ariels and played a dvd nothing worked, still dark and barely readable screen, switched the tv off and on several times lost every thing, called my supplier nothing covered after 12 mths not even good will and the fact i paid 4,500 euros for it in a renown shop in Marbella Spain, better buying a new one for the cost of repairing it, she told me without an inspection, amazing service lg have here in Europe. After sales is disgraceful as a 50 inch plasma not a long life product, no after sales. I feel nobody is interested in your plight, and while you ask for a replacement while its being fixed they didn't allow it.

    LG Customer Services are the worst in the industry - I can confirm that buying an LG from someone like Currys is probably the two big mistakes you do not want to make!
