Good Points: Very low price for what you get.
Bad Points: Zoom button was defective. After having it sent in for repair, it still was not working flawlessly. But learned to live with it.
General comments: I bought this camera at Circuit City for less than $140 replacing a $250 Panasonic FX-01 which I hated... I am totally surprised at the quality of the pictures and the features offered. I mainly use it as a snap-shooter and it has performed well for me. I like the fact that it uses AA batteries which are available anywhere I travel. They recommend NiMh ones, but I used regular alkalines and did well over 50 shots on a set of Evereadies. The 'zoom-in' toggle switch has a dead spot and the lens sometimes stalls in the process. But no big deal. Just wiggle the switch a bit and it works.
