Good Points: The decor, food & staff knowledge of product is very good. The fresh seafood sold at the front of the building is an added bonus when available, with very reasonable prices.
Bad Points: The location is a low point. The general area is not the nicest part of Belfast. Some staff did not handle complaints to my satisfaction and I felt there was a strong sense of urgency to finish my meal quickly being placed upon me.
General comments: Recently visited the restaurant with a friend who previously had made a complaint to the manager, regarding the freshness of some oysters. This had apparently had had a lasting effect, as we where told that no tables indoor where available, which did not seem to be the case. We where told we could sit outside and pay for the meal upfront. This was not a situation that I was happy with and indeed brought this to the attention of a member of staff. The worst customer care I have ever received and I personally will never eat there again. Such a shame, as the food indeed is excellent.

The Mourne Seafood Bar in Belfast offers a friendly almost pub environment, with fishmongers in the entrance selling very fresh fish. The fishmonger was well informed and prepared the fish we bought.
