    Good Points: easy to use


    Bad Points: its leaking now hoses look okay but i think seal on drum has failed


    General comments: My Servis M6003 is 3 years old and now leaking it seems between drum and door its body is also starting to rust in places i think it will not be cost effective to repair the machine i will be buying a whirlpool or bosch again they seem to last for 6 to 8 years altough i must say the other components of this machine look and operate like new i also bought matching dishwasher which has been problematic.

    We bought a Servis M6003 washing machine from argos and within 8 months the belt came off we called out the service team under warranty,and they repaired it.Then 16 months later the same thing happened again, but this time no one would help us in the service team or Argos because we hadn't taken out extended warranty ,we simply didn't expect our new washing machine to break down this early, we are disgusted!

    Silver verison

    Bought a Servis M6003S-1. Fail to work out of the box, customer service is terrible, very narrow minded and rude staff with no appreciation what end users go through.

    They have rigid times when the engineer can come out and they are NOT available for weekends. This is can be a problem if you are working Monday to Friday...I think Hotpoint would have been a better choice.

    Stay away from this "Mickey Mouse" company.

    This Servis M6003 washing machine has taken 18 months to break down and the manufacturer doesn't seem to care one bit and wants to charge me more than half the price of the machine itself to fix it. I would never recommend this machine to anyone if it is this easy to break - I'm a very average user. I will never buy anything from Servis again.
