    Good Points: Clear facts, and well presented. Explains what an IVA is and describes the process.
    You can contact them if you require more help or information.


    Bad Points: The site seemed to be having some technical problems when I visited. Presumably they'll fix that.


    General comments: With UK debt levels at an all time high, and record levels of personal insolvency predicted in 2007, the IVA has emerged as a genuine alternative to bankruptcy. I've had a look round at a fair few web sites and found that, although not the most comprehensive, www.individualvoluntaryarrangement.org presents the facts in a straightforward and understandable manner.
