    Bad Points: Some of the film was shot as interviews of Capote's friends which seemed a little self concious.


    General comments: The actor playing Truman Capote was brilliant, but Daniel Craig was a revelation in a very unsympathetic role. There was a star cast making cameo appearances (Gwyneth Paltrow for 5 minutes). Based very closely on the true story of the horrific murder of a family in America and Capote's urge to write a book about it by getting to know the murderers very intimately.

    Good film, well-acted, and set firmly in the 50s.
