    Good Points: shu6800 was quiet for about 2 years


    Bad Points: Broke down in first six months needed new control panel it's not working now. I've just spent 1 hour on the phone trying to find someone to work on it in S.F BAY AREA. NO ONE DOES.


    General comments: DO NOT BUY A BOSCH DISHWASHER UNLESS YOU HAVE A FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE REP CLOSE BY. MY GUESS IS THERE AREN'T ANY IN THE USA.
