    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: Bad VOIP service, when it worked at all.
    Awful customer service, when you could reach them.


    General comments: The Dock.net VOIP/DSL service locks you in to a year contract before you can try their service, and it's no wonder since they don't want to tell you if their infrastructure can handle your service. Their fix is that you buy more gear, and then that doesn't fix anything. There are no billing options other than to charge a credit card (no paper bills at all, non-itemized email for bills and no online billpay etc). Even after a year they tried to get an additional month out of me.
