Good Points: Looks nice and is quiet.
Bad Points: Very poor dish washing! Very unreliable; has had many service calls with problems such as traces melting on the circuit boards (!)
General comments: Instead of paying for another service call, we plan to take it to the dump next month and replace it. It's just unbelievable how poor this appliance it.
