    I signed up to gottaplay because the priced point seemed decent, however EVERYTHING is "Long wait" and a month into the service I have received a total of 1 game. They don't seem to have current releases, at least not popular ones, and they recommend old stuff no one is renting (aka old sports games) If you are thinking about signing up, think again.

    I wanted to try another game rental Service since Gamefly was taking too long to ship me games at the time (07/08). Gottaplay had the closest distribution offices to PA so I gave them a shot. After I signed up for the service, the site stated any decent or recent games where low availability. Even the games that were available took 3-5days to get from Maryland to PA.     I tried in vain for months on end to clear up the numerous shipping issues caused by this company. In the long run I reported more games lost than I even played. To be clear, they were lost both coming to me and being sent from me, neither of which BY me.The only correspondence I received from the Gottaplay company on this issue was the $150 fee they charged me, upon my cancellation of my account.If you care at all about getting your games on time from a company that doesn't act like a bunch of ...

    If you read this, do not sign up for gotta play. I have never seen or experienced such bad service. First of all, there is nothing like the support for the customer you would expect if you call their number, all you get is an automated answering machine that says to check their website. When you check their website you can send them messages. however, I have not received any responses. I have emailed them more than 5 times, and I have not received a single response.

    Bottom line - I do not feel I got my moneys worth with this company. I could do better by putting $13 under my pillow every month I feel - that way I get a used game in about 3 month (which you get to keep or sell). Therefore I do not recommend GottaPlay.com

    Be very cautious when cancelling. They attempted to charge me for games by claiming they were not returned. In my case, it was never issued so returning was impossible.

    The sleeves are nice. They may have lots of games on their site, but maybe only 1 copy of each? Personally not happy with GottaPlay.com and do not recommend this game rental service.

    Started out decent yet not above average. Quickly went down hill for me... I had over 50 titles in the queue and only received 4 titles in the last 7 months with no titles received in the last four months at all in my opinion. Customer service have not yet replied as far as I am aware... I sent 8 emails with nothing but a default answer therefore I do not recommend Gotta Play.com

    This is the worst on-line business experience that I have ever had. (other than buying a computer on ebay from a non-company).

    I ended up renting the games I wanted to play from blockbuster, or I just bought the games.

    This has been a complete waste of money for me! I would recommend to not use GottaPlay.

    I started an account with Gottaplay and nothing happened. My account showed all the games I wanted to rent, but nothing happened, it just sat there. Fast service? Plus they don't have a number where you can speak to someone. You can report a problem with a game, but if you never get a game then what good is it?

    1st game I received didn't work. 2nd game I never received (now I have to go report it so I don't get charged for it)
    If you want to rent games I would recommend going to go to gamefly

    They may be ok for other consoles, but for wii games they blow. I was a bit put off that they posted false information on their shipping centers, and games in stock....seems to me this is a business where trust is important.

    There okay as long as you don't need to talk to anyone and you don't send your own game back by mistake.

    This company may be OK for the gamer that really wants to use it but for someone that's just curious and who wants to check it out, STAY AWAY! Read my comments about the free trial in my bad points. If you lose your Internet connection ability or have anything else in your life happen within that 10 days that makes it so you can't log in to the account you will be in trouble!
