Ordered a 12 ft trampoline on Monday, received by courier on Wednesday. Wow - great fast delivery! HOWEVER.... On assembling the trampoline on the Wednesday tea time with 2 very excited, impatient children helping, we realised that one of the bars delivered was for a 14 ft trampoline and so the thing could not be assembled, 2 very very upset children. Bought a pool/table tennis table. The courrier rang to inform me that the delivery would be between 7-10.30 following weekend. After waiting in for most of the day I contacted the courrier who informed me that the delivery wouldnt happen as they didnt have a delivery address and that i would now have to pay a further 35 pounds for another delivery. Brought a new cross trainer, first of all they sent it with faulty parts. After on hold for about 15 mins got through and sent new parts. Had to call again again as the fly wheel was damaged. Got told to take it apart. This has now been goin on for a week. I purchased a golf buggy from UK Sports Imports in July 2012 paying almost £800. When I unpacked it there was no manual with it and after repeated phone calls and emails without results I gave up on this. Having used it 3 times it failed. We ordered this trampoline from UK sports imports on 13 August and it arrived 15th August - very quick delivery so very pleased with this service. The website recommended 2 man delivery which comes with a rather hefty charge of £30!! but the website also said that free delivery was available but we may have to help the driver with the items. APPALLING - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM This company also trades as Sports & Leisure UK If I could award a minus star rating I would. This company has to be THE worst one I have ever dealt with. Bought a treadmill or so I thought. It turns out to be the biggest load of garbage ever. Although next day delivery stated, it took 2 weeks and then the night before delivery I got a call telling me out of stock and offered alternative. Report them to Trading Standards and Watchdog as we have! This company is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to do business! Their customer service told us " if we want our money back we should sell the Treadmill locally". After many phone calls and very rude staff. Don't let them get away with it!

Thank you for your comment. Here's an update for your interest.
I reported them to both Watchdog and Trading standards. After getting legal help and advice, I finally managed to get my refund. It took my final letter asking them for the name of the person who I was going to serve the court summons to. Fortunately I had kept all correspondence and a log of events. I hope Watchdog will do an item on them to warn others. I still see many reviews even today of people getting treated badly. For me though it was their lies and implying that I was lying that really angered me, The best part was when they tried to use their terms & conditions stating that the treadmill was not on ground floor etc..when driver refused to collect it. I happily pointed out to them that I live in a bungalow..only has ground floor. Great piece of evidence is Google maps, it clearly shows my bungalow. Hopefully your case also turned out well. Regards

As per the terms and conditions on our site regarding delivery, Items over a certain weight can take up to 10 working days and are dependant on courier performance. You have the option to upgrade to a faster service on our site, In this case an upgrade wasnt opted for. The refund that was requested was processed the same day with our apologies.

Item was ordered and delivered within one week I opted for a two man delivery as I live on my own which was a good choice, I was contacted the day before and also the delivery man called me when he was nearly at my house so I did not have to take a full day off work. It has happened a lot on my buggy . Problem after problem. In the end they swapped my buggy for a new one even though every single part on the old one had been changed. My new buggy has lasted only 7 rounds now it has packed up. Phoning the company you get varied answers from "I'll send you the part" to "We will pick it up in 7 to 10 days", or we will phone you back, they rarely do. In the 18 phone calls that I have recorded (Name,date,time etc) only twicw have they rung back. Once by [name removed] who I think is the Manager and once today (28/05/13) by [name removed]. When I spoke with [name removed] yesterday and reeled of all the people I had spoken to in the past she responded by saying that most of them were no loner with the Company. Whether they left out of frustration/disgust with the Company or was sacked I do not know.
If you do not want to be frustrated or disgusted don't buy from here. I will however give top marks to [name removed] the engineer. He has always done a good repair and given me good service.
