I brought a cross trainer from uk sports and so far very pleased with the level of service and the friendly nature of the business. I called to ask a number of questions before calling back to order and was amazed that i spoke to the same person and he remembered who i was! That just does not happen now adays with most companies you normally end up going though to a large call centre and being told something different every time you call! The machine was delivered on time which was great, i upgraded to a next day delivery service, the machine BH OCEAN PROGRAM G-2345 from what i understand are built by a are built by a spanish firm, This i did not find a problem as all of the Warrenty is handled direct from the company. Other websites and companys do sell the same product but from what i understand the warrenty is handled by the manufacturer in spain, when i questioned the man at UK Sport Imports about this and why they handled the warrenty they did advice me that they found the delay caused by the manufaturer to long and felt it was giving a poor representation of their company so now they have renegotited and handle all of the warrenty themselves albeit its not the most cost effective way for the company (a company think of the customer for a change, that just does not happen!). The reason I questined this was due to a review left by a previous reviewer and as i was interested in this product I needed to know more information.

Overall, I was pleased with the product and have not had any problems with it the delivery was very quick and was delivered next day as promised. Would definalty purchase again from this companyand am now concidering getting an elliptical for my daughter for xmas.

I recently purchased a electric golf trolley form this company. I searched on the internet for golf trolley suppliers and decided to go for the Hillman Cruiser trolley I found on this site. Ive been very impressed so far I must say. Delivery in 2 days and whats seems to be a very robust trolley. I'm very pleased with my purchase and hopefully will remain so.

I ordered a crazy fit massager from this company as they were offering this product at a very reasonable price compared to others I had seen. The delivery said up to 10 working days but I recived it next working day which was brilliant. The product is excellent and just what I was expecting. Great service all round and I would recommend this company and buy from them again. Hopefully I will be wobbling my way to a size 10 very soon.

People really do use these review guides as a soap box from which to preach.
I have ordered loads of times from UK Sports Imports and never had a problem. The delviery and customer service is always up to scratch and I'm never not surprised by the quality of gear you get for the price.

Purchased a large 'Big Air' trampoline from UK Sports Imports Sep 08. It came with protective mat to cover springs and a safety netting. Price comparable to others. Initial delivery on time but missing safety nets, had to be quite forceful to insist on an express delivery for nets - but weren't there for the birthday present.

Matting covering springs split on the first day but lived with that.

I bought a treadmill for around £650 it was a little more than what I wanted to spend but I got so much more from UK Sports Imports that other well knows suppliers and as I was not to condered about the make of the treadmill there was so much more on offer. The delivery was fairly quick I opted for the 2 man delivery and paid a little extra for the install. The 1st machine was delivered and broke on the 3rd time i used it, the machine BH OCEAN PROGRAM G-2345 are built by a spanish firm, i emailed the company to complain and rang them, eventually i was sent a spare part that sat next to my machine for 2 weeks whilst a engineer was found. SUPERFAST DELIVERY AND VERY HELPFULL STAFF.
I have purchased a treadmill online from uk sports imports, I decided to wait for the standard free delivery, however as I found that I had a day free from work I called and the girl on the end of the phone offered to send my delivery out for free immediatly for delivery last Wednesday which is great. Overall very helpfull, item received very quickly and works just fine (only thing is i need to use it now lol!)

JUST APPLALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from uk sports imports....I ordered an air hockey table for my daughters birthday and took the day off work on the confirmed (by email) delivery day. At 2.30pm no delivery had been received, I phoned to get the city link consignment number so I could track my parcel. & was told that the item was too heavy for city link and it would have to be delivered next week...but i wouldn't be told if it would be weds or thurs until the tues before. I brought a trampoline for my daughter's birthday from UK Sport Imports. They were very reasonably priced for the specification compared to other sites. Also I was able to pay for a next day delivery which was a great help as I left it to the last minute. The trampoline arrived on time and my daughter has had great fun jumping on it ever since, as well as me and my husband.

I ordered a multigym from UK Sports Imports and they delivered it really quickly for me as it was a birthday prezzie to myself and I wanted it for my birthday. I called them up and they told me delivery would be upto 10 days I asked and they said that they can get it to me quicker which they did, next day infact! and the best this was it didn't cost me anymore money. I am really chuffed best thing I ever brought.

UK Sports Imports is easy to use, quick delivery, polite Staff, easy ordering process. I have bought a Crazey fit massarger from UK Sports Imports and its great. I have lost 2 stone already. I did not have to change my diet too much as I do not eat that badly but rarely get any excercise. I would definatly reccomend this product to others. The order process was easy and delivery was very quick.

I wanted to get myself a treadmill for my birthday and part xmas present for the wife. I went for the one with the telly at £889.95 Powertrek Ultimate X LCD Treadmill. Great purchase, easy ordering, two man delivery, overall brilliant. Very happy with purchase. I went for this one as it had a slightly wider running deck which is great as I am 6ft 2 tall, and all the functions I needed.

I have ordered a pool table from UK Sports Imports for my gransdson for christmas they have plenty on offer from the big slatebed tables to cheep little table top ones. I ordered a Walker and simpson club pool table at £189.95. I have received the item which is great as it has been delivered in time for xmas I'm sure my grandson will love playing on his new table if his granddad ever lets him have a go! Great present for all ages.

Well what can I say I ordered my trainer which was the best price around and it was delivered to me for free within a few days, It works well and does exactly what it says on the tin so basically a good simple easy purchase. I did call to find out when delivery was going to be and they were most helpful other than that I have had no cause to contact them. Overall a great purchase.

I purchased a treadmill for myself from UK Sports Imports, they had plenty of choice on their website with lots of information. Item was ordered and delivered within one week I opted for a two man delivery as I live on my own which was a good choice, I was contacted the day before and also the delivery man called me when he was nearly at my house so I did not have to take a full day off work. Overall very easy purchase would definitely recommend.
