Good Points: Excellent prices. Items always in the post the day of order. Good customer service.
Bad Points: None so far.
General comments: I've used Hot Rox exclusively for valves, speakers, basic amp spares, effects and strings. I've never had any problems at all, and I have always been impressed with their prompt delivery.

I am very impressed with this shop and will definitely use it in future, most probably exclusively as far as effects and tubes are concerned, as the prices are amazing. However I would pay another 20% just for the service, much better than larger online retailers. The problem was entirely my fault and yet she made it her business to solve it, which she did incredibly quickly.
