    Hot Rox UK run a great company, Always good on advice, great prices and great service. I first started buying valves from these guys in the late 80's and they have never let me down. Great service

    Hot Rox UK sent me the wrong valves and when I sent them back they didn't refund me.
    Hopeless - don't waste your time and money.

    I've bought a few things from Hotrox and had a vintage Marshall repaired there (after someone else had messed it up). Mark always has time to help and advise. The stock is very varied with some makes of effects not found in other shops - usually the better ones. Any type of valve available! I'll keep going back. Large and varied stock + helpful staff

    They run a great outfit: staff are polite, knowledgeable and really helpful. Hotrox is a genuine, high quality and honest outfit. I will be purchasing all of my valves from them from now on because they are reliable, really understand guitarists and a complete pleasure to deal with. Don't waste your time with anyone else - Hotrox has it all.

    I've used Hot Rox exclusively for valves, speakers, basic amp spares, effects and strings. I've never had any problems at all, and I have always been impressed with their prompt delivery.

    I am very impressed with this shop and will definitely use it in future, most probably exclusively as far as effects and tubes are concerned, as the prices are amazing. However I would pay another 20% just for the service, much better than larger online retailers. The problem was entirely my fault and yet she made it her business to solve it, which she did incredibly quickly.
